Enjoy direct access to the pool and beach from the private balcony that also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, dining, shopping and the island's night life are all just a few steps outside this gated property.

    Other amenities include secured covered parking, an elevator, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, linens and towels and starter kit of basic supplies just to name a few. This spacious home can accommodate the whole family or multiple families in search of the perfect vacation. Local property management is only a phone call away to ensure an enjoyable stay.

    Endless opportunities are available to experience the local culture. Visit plantations, historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina Aquarium or Museums, Patriot's Point or Fort Sumter all within a 15 min drive. Or explore nature by witnessing dolphins feeding off the banks, sea turtles nesting on the beach, taking an Eco tour or kayaking into the creeks off of the Intercoastal waterways. Further inland, observe alligators in their nature habitat or admire the 1600 year old Angel Oak Tree.

    *Pool is not heated and will be closed to swimming starting November 1st to March 31st.*

No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service. Home does provide Cable television in main family area and bedrooms.

    NOTE: This is a bottom level condo with a private staircase from your ocean front covered deck to the pool and beach. The pool is not heated in the off season. Only 2 Car Passes per Property. Non Smoking, No Pets. Rents Saturday to Saturday in Summer. Minimum nights vary for off season.

    MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sister’s wedding weekend

Had to switch from a large home for 16 to a place for 8 maybe 10 last minute. Wanted to be in IP and ocean front with a pool. Found this condo. It looked amazing from the pictures. Perfect location. Seemed a little too good to be true. But we arrived and everything looked just like the pictures. It was clean, spacious, has everything you need. Great location, to everything! Fit our family perfectly and room for people stopping by. Easy access for the kids to go to the pool and beach. Super stocked kitchen, great pillows, great tvs, games, beach chairs. Literally everything you need. Nothing more! Some reviews same a little out dated I normally stay in five star places and this was just fine. The price is perfect for what you get and it is clean and cozy!! I would recommend this to anyone. Family with all ages. Girls trips, guys trips. Business trips. Great place. Great owners. Will stay here when we come back. Thanks for making our trip and my sisters weekend amazing!!!

Generally great, however, we rented for 2 weeks and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel, hotel bar of soap, etc. was pretty weak. Pay $5K/week and no toiletries. Found dirty dishes and silverware put away. Mats were not cleaned, covered with sand when we arrived. Toilet was broken when we arrived. Rental agent was very responsive. Thank you.

Mothers Day Getaway

The condo was great! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was excellent. So easy to get to the beach and easy access to the downtown shops and restaurants. There was a live band a few doors down at the Windjammer. We could enjoy the music from the balcony while watching the ocean. At the same time it was quiet inside the condo if we wanted to get away. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Condo and Location was wonderful!! The condo decor and furnishings provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Family & friends , 6 people total, stayed at the condo aged 26 yrs old to 60. Everyone loved the location & proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The deck size & floor plan of condo provided plenty of space for everyone. We will be returning!

This condo was amazing! Perfect for multiple families. We loved having a private staircase to the pool/beach! This unit is very child friendly (cups, plates, high chair, pack and play, and plenty of games!) Will definitely plan on staying here again! Loved the location too!!!

Another great NYE in the Low Country

We have done many NYE celebrations on IOP but this is the first time that we rented a condo rather than a house and it worked out great. The location, being right in downtown, cannot be beat. The condo is very roomy and the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) were all very comfortable and did not feel like we were on top of each other. There also is plentiful seating and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking full meals. All in all, we were very happy with the set up and had no issues.

There were 8 of us coming together from around the country to enjoy our first time visiting the area. Wonderful stay - we will be back!

The condo was great! Very clean, spacious and plenty of seating. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location was outstanding, especially with a private stairway to the pool and a walkway to the beach. With stores (including Harris Teeter) and restaurants within walking distance, we barely used the car. We are already planning our next trip back!

AMAZING!!!

Perfectly located, the private stairwell directly to the pool and beach is a huge plus! Stayed there with 3 families with teens and it is centrally located that everyone could go to the beach, grab a burger, shop etc. on their own schedules. Will absolutely come back! Shower head in one of the guest rooms needs to be replaced and make sure that the gate code to the beach is given prior to arrival. We had to climb the fence for a day until another guest told us it.
