Wonderful

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. All was as advertised. The balcony was a lovely shady place to relax, with a view through the trees to the dunes and ocean beyond. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen had everything I needed to make simple suppers. The amazing beach was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely beautiful condo, very clean and updated, felt like home. Had everything we needed and great location. Nothing negative to say, would definitely book again.
Good location and property. Wild Dunes beaches are fantastic. The walls are a little thin, so if you have loud neighbors above (which we did), you'll hear them. Restaurants, shopping and Charleston make this a very desired location.
This condo was perfect for us, and would have been great if we brought the kids too. Great location near the beach, and the condo unit was perfectly appointed for us.
Very accommodating. Kitchen was fully stocked including pizza cutter. Hair dryer died, but property management brought another promptly. Plenty of towels and blankets. Only issue was the noise above and on the stairs. Had to go upstairs and 1:30am to ask the tenants to please keep it down.
I liked the property but it was damp & smelled musty. Nothing would dry hanging there. I hung up my rash guard that had not been wet & it was damp next morning

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Nicely decorated, needs improvement, but lives up to price point
Noise from people walking (jumping?) above us was pretty bad- not very late or early, but during the rest of the day; actually, just about anytime they were walking around. We also heard every time they opened and shut the sliding doors, flushed a toilet, etc. We were expecting it to be much quieter. We decided there must be NO insulation or soundproofing between floors. I do recall reading this complaint in previous reviews on VRBO, but had not considered it would be such a problem. IT IS.
We were only able to sit on the deck once. On days or nights when it rained, the chair seats soaked up water so were unusable. When they finally dried out we got to sit there, but then it rained again. The flooring above the deck leaks very badly, making the deck entirely unusable during a rain.
Not as close to the beach as we thought it would be, but is accessible by walking about 5 minutes down a path through (beautiful) vegetation to get to the boardwalk. Beautiful, quiet beach. Nice pool.
The condo is conveniently located next to the pool and beach. As a young family, that is about all we did on vacation. We appreciated the kitchen, washer and dryer and pull out couch. The surrounding restaurants were great. Coffee on the deck was great!
If we had any criticisms I would say to have more towels. The playground on the resort was a bit like living in Jumanji. There were bee’s nests and ant colonies everywhere.

Good location
The condo was in a great location and close to pool and beach, and easy walk to Grand Pavilion. The dishwasher broke after the first night, and though it was looked at quickly, could not be fixed during our 4 night stay, which was a big inconvenience for our family which cooks all our meals. One suggestion: invest in a mattress pad or protector for the king size bed, it was stained and you can see that through the sheets. The couch bed worked well for our 6 and 8 year olds. Overall, loved the size and location and general cleanliness, and would consider staying again, especially if those 2 concerns are addressed.

I am mixed about this property. It is close to the beach as advertised, the resort is beautiful, bed is super comfortable, and the unit is nice and open. It states that it is first floor, which it is but you have to climb two flights of stairs because the parking is underneath. The noise from people walking around upstairs was awful and when they flushed a toilet, it sounded like water was gushing down the walls. It became such an issue during the night that we left a day early. Also, a couple of the blankets had clearly not been washed.
The management company was easy to work with and I would rent from them again but just not this complex.

Good
Enjoyed our beach trip and found this unit quite comfortable. As noted by other reviewers, there is a lot of noise from above - don't know why it isn't better insulated from that noise. It would be nice to have a few more basic items provided - e.g., salt/pepper, sugar, oil. Another useful item would be a cable to connect computer to HDMI - I had my cable but found it very difficult to plug it in.
The unit was very clean and was full of cooking supplies. The appliances worked well. I enjoyed my stay until a stranger walked into the unit as I was packing on the eve of my departure. The man said he was in the wrong unit, but I still do not know how he was able to open the locked door. I had a hard time sleeping that night.
