This 7 bedroom 6 bath house has spectacular views from all porches. This luxury beach house boasts 2 master suites with large master baths. Both which include big jacuzzi bath tubs and showers with multiple shower heads. Kevin Costner actually stayed here for two months when he was in town with his band, & most recently Johnno Wilson (Actor/Comedian)!!

If one formal living room was not enough, this house has two. The main living area is very open with your choice of a sunroom or entertainment area. Spacious porches front and back on each floor. Elevator services the garage, 1st floor, & 2nd floor.

When you enter the home from the front door you are welcomed by a living room with flat screed TV, & wet bar. The first of two master suites is located across the hall from living room with some ocean views. Also on this floor are 4 more bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two queens, one with a king, and one with two twins, there is also a laundry room and open sitting area located on this floor.

On the second floor is the very large dining room, kitchen and great room. This kitchen is top notch, all stainless appliances, two dishwashers, gas cooktop, and double ovens. Down the hall from the kitchen is the second master suite, this room is very large, and has a separate sitting area with sleeper sofa. Across the hall from this bedroom there is another large room with 2 twins, each with trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa.

The gas fireplace in the living room no longer is working & is for display purposes only.

After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor showers under the home & on the right side of the house and relax at the cabana by your very own private salt water pool with fountain! There is a commercial style ice maker located in the garage for guests to use. The many porches are where you can enjoy the most amazing views of all! Make this your home away from home for years to come!

This house was terrific! A group of 16 of us (college sorority sisters) gathered from across the US for our 5th annual getaway. While we (sadly) had grey, rainy weather, the house layout and gathering spaces allowed us to enjoy our time together, eat together, and sleep comfortably throughout the weekend. Fabulous layout for a larger group, and super convenient to beach and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

Spacious home with excellent beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants. Our group of 9 women had ample space to spread out in sitting areas, porches and at the pool. The elevator was extremely useful, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The property manager Heather was very responsive to our request to repair shower door and ice machine---maintenance responded the same day! Request to replace towels and pillows at the property was noted and order was placed by the management company for these items to insure future guest's comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

There were 7 bedrooms with television’s in only 2 of them which presented a problem after dark, I’ve stayed in several homes in the isle of palms and every time all rooms had tv’s. The pool needed work so we lost a couple of days by the pool and the linens (towels) were the smallest and thinnest that I have seen.

Beautiful home!

Very nice stay. Home is big and has lots of room. The pool and pool area are also very nice and everything was clean. You will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper and paper towels as they only provide one per bathroom/the kitchen. Overall would recommend this property! Thank you!

Wonderful weekend in Isle of Palm

Very nice house and excellent location! Very clear in the instructions, but for a long weekend stay not having any consumables was inconvenient and a bit wasteful. The house was great for our family and we fit perfectly. Loved the beach.

Great Location & Plenty of Space

Recently stayed at this property with some family and friends. The location was great to walk to some restaurants and the beach, along with being close enough to downtown. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Great 2 weeks on Isle of Palms

We had a great 2 week vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Only bad thing I can think of was a couple or doors would not lock but that was easily solved by pushing a chair over.

Beautiful home

We have been to Isle of Palms multiple times. This was the best rental we have experienced. The home was spacious enough for our large family. The house was very clean. The access to the beach was close and easy. The kitchen was well equiped and large. The kids loved the pool. Only small issue was the bath towels which were limited and very small. Next time will probably pack some of our own. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Excellent home for hosting large family

We were very pleased with the status of the home & support & responsiveness of the house manager. The home was very comfortable for our large multigeneration family. Proximity to all activities & essentials made the stay easy. We used the pool everyday & it quickky became cloudy, but the pool team could clear it up within a few hours. Some overall maintenance on the home would be beneficial, but overall it was nice and comfortable. Bath towels could be larger; hard to wrap up in them to dry off.

Fantastic location, lots of space, two limitations

The location of this property is fantastic! You’re directly across the street from the beach access, there are so many bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk down the road, and you’re an easy drive into downtown Charleston. The home itself has so much space, it’s open, and it’s clean. Communication with Heather was seamless and the checkin process was super easy. There were only 2 minor downsides - 1) the outdoor pool/grilling area was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was just a lot of dirt/leaves/grime throughout the backyard living space so we barely utilized this area. 2) The house comes with the bare minimum so be prepared to purchase a lot then leave the remainder there. For instance, there is no propane tank for the grill, only 1 roll of paper towels, only 1 trash bag, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hand soap for bathrooms, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no sponges, no pool towels, and limited shower towels. I noticed we spent a lot of money buying these products but then had to leave the remainder at the house as we couldn’t fly home with them. Overall, we had a great experience!

Spacious and comfortable

We came here to celebrate my 80th birthday with family and friends. We found the home quit spacious and plenty of room for all. All my guests commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was plenty spacious but requires some updates to cook wares which I understand is being addressed. The neighborhood was very quiet for the exception of construction across the street from hurricane damage. If one is looking for a spacious quiet and close to a short beach walk, this is your place. By the way, the elevator was a god sent when it came to hauling up and down luggage. Just be careful on who operates it, you’ll have no issues.

Isle of Palms

Great property, location was awesome, easy access to the beach, restaurants, etc. House is nice and large, easily accommodating all our guests, definitely showing some age and usage, but otherwise it was great. It was noted in the instructions that there was no dishsoap, laundry/dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. But it was strange that these things were not provided. One role of toiletpaper for each bathroom, rest we had to buy for our 4 day stay...at this price point, the basic necessities (or some) should be provided. Thanks for a nice vacation spot!

Perfect house for large group!

We stayed here for a joint bachelor and bachelorette party and the house was perfect! Plenty of beds for all of us, very large common spaces, gorgeous back patio/pool, and a quick walk to the beach. Heather was very communicative and even let us get in a little early because the house was ready! The house honestly looks a lot better in person than in the pictures of the listing which was an ice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a 2nd full fridge on the garage level next to the pool. The house was lacking extra towels and blankets for the sleep sofas and trundle beds and there was no soap or other basic items so be prepared to do a big shopping once you get there. Would definitely book this house again for a large group in IOP!

Great location and Host

Overall this stay was easy and awesome. The house is an awesome location for the beach, and the small town area with the restaurants and shop walking distance. It also is super easy for those flying in to Charleston as its only 20-25 minutes away. The house is very large and spacious with amble sleeping and the AC worked extremely well. The pool is awesome for those days and night you just want to relax at home. Heather is an awesome host, extremely responsive and even helped us out by bringing the trash cans in by 9am one morning! (strange rule). The house is at the point of needing some maintenance, there was some loose stones on the edge of the pool and a few pieces of furniture needs a refresh, mostly in the main seating room and most the patio furniture. Overall thought this was awesome and would absolutely stay again!
