It's a very family like atmosphere. Everyone from the owner, to his wife and two sons were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be of assistance. I was very very satisfied with my stay here.

Fantastic hotel with very good value for money. Everything was spotless clean, friendly reception team, quiet room and good double bed. The room size was reasonable, this is a well maintained modest hotel with fab location. I highly recommend to solo travellers who need a safe and sound good enough hotel to spend a few nights when you’re visiting Istanbul. I would go back without hesitation

I felt at home

I recently stayed at Actuel Life Hotel, and overall, I had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. I felt at home, thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days as a family of three. The location was not bad, but if you plan to walk, be prepared to climb about 150 meters uphill or stairs. This was especially difficult with a stroller. The hotel does not have laundry service. The hair dryer was not working properly, and the ventilation in the room was quite weak. In my opinion, the room cleanliness was also below expectations. Overall, the stay was average.

It was truly a wonderful experience

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a positive energy. The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to Osmanbey metro station, only downside is you need to walk up a steep hill to get to the the station and the main road this can be difficult if you are walking with a suitcase or a baby pram but I figured out this can be easily solved by taking the hourly bus just by the hotel and getting of the next stop.

It was terrible stay for us. I booked the place 1 week in advance. Upon arrival room was not ready i was told the ac was not working properly and needed to wait so that maintenance team can check it.! Once entered there was power off in the room, as i plug in my charger.! Room dirty.! Same breakfast same everyday only one item keep changing.! Above all there was the reception guy anil he was amazing ready to help and speak english as he was the only one we can communicate.!

Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service

My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – dafür ein großes Lob. Leider war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers enttäuschend. Es war teilweise noch dreckig und auch nach der Reinigung nicht wirklich hygienisch sauber. Die Lage war für uns ebenfalls nicht optimal. Abends war es sehr laut und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn deutlich hören konnte. Außerdem liegt das Hotel auf einem Berg, wodurch der Weg jedes Mal ziemlich anstrengend war. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr positiv, allerdings gibt es bei Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Lage deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

Super nettes Personal, das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Wir haben ein kostenloses upgrade bekommen und durften sogar direkt aufs Zimmer als wir angekommen sind. Wir sind ca morgens gegen 8 Uhr angekommen. Normalerweise ist der Check in erst ab 14 Uhr.
