We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night.

Sejour effroyable. Je ne conseille à personne. Chambre tres tres sale. Elle sent extrement mauvait. Ce n est pas une chambre c est un cagibie (kümes) et exigu. Draps sales. Serviettes tres sales. Chambres non laves.

The room was dirty, lots of hair in the shower and overall bad condition of the room. It says that breakfast was included… but breakfast was stale bread, one slice of cheese and a cucumber for each guest. Not to recommend.
