Really nice staff. The hotel is so convenient because so close with the bus stop from the airport and close to Taksim Square, Metro. Also walkable to the Galata Tower around 20 minutes.

Friendly and professional reception! I was able to check in early and I was made to feel welcome! The Breakfast buffet was inviting and the chef was warm and welcoming even though we had a language barrier. I enjoyed the experience and will be back!

Great Staff, very helpful. We did not have Soap to wash our hands so we were using the shampoo instead! Fridge is very old and takes a while to cool down. A/C hardly works. Other than that great breakfast, amazing people.

First of all, the reception and bellboy staff were friendly and helpful, thank you.The breakfast was good but the staff couldn't keep up with the service. Thank all staff. However, there was a bad smell when entering the hotel, like the smell of rotten eggs, and the entrance lobby was old and unlit. The conditioner made my hair stiff. The room was very small and the hotel furniture was old. The pool was under renovation and İt was closed.

Great hotel. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is conveniently located to Taksim Square. Note: swimming cap is required in order to use the pool. We had only learned about this when we had arrived to the pool ready to swim. Proactive communication around this requirement would have been helpful.

I stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nazife how cleaned our room was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean. I would only recommend that for breakfast the hot foods should have warmer. And if possible a toaster would be nice. We did not use gym or swimming pool but check them and it is pretty nice. Location is good 3 minutes walk to Taksim😊 good restaurants near hotel. I recommend this hotel and will go again.
