From the reception staff to cleaning staff to the kitchen staff are very friendly and will Go above and beyond to help you. Room was nice and clean, bit outdated but nevertheless very comfortable.

The hotel is close to tourist attractions and has a good breakfast buffet. Only challenge is the access road to hotel is closed during the daytime. You have to carry your luggage to the Main Street, not a convenient process. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with family

The hotel was within a few minutes walk to the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque - so very convenient. Also, convenient for the Grand Bazaar, Egytian Bazaar, and the Bosphoros. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Any issue they dealt with immediately. Only negative would be the size of the room - but that seems to be fairly standard in Europe. Overall I would recommend this hotel

I couldn't see anything from my 2 windows, only stairs. So, there was no view at all...The breakfast is poorly comparing to other hotels in Istambul. The location is great and the staff at the frontdesk too. But the noise wakes you up. There was noise from guests and from the lady that cleans the room with the vacuum cleaner. There is a lift that was good. and the view from the breakfast is not so nice either as there are many buildings.

The room smelled like urine. I had to complain and request a change. The AC didn't work either. The property is very old i guess!. The staff was very nice. ENES was very nice on the front desk. The only thing property had going for it was its nice staff.

Mustafa, whom I think is one of the managers, is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to the Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Its an amazing Hotel. However, the first room they put me in, Room 111 is absolutely horrible. Its right above restaurants and the noise is VERY VERY loud and kept us up until 3am! Horrible. They should NEVER put ANY guest in that room. The next day they moved me to 302 and that is when the stay became wonderful.
