Great place for family, fantastic location with some really fantastic restaurants and amenities close by such as parks, shopping mall and beach. Best thing for my family was it was so much calmer location than centre. We really enjoyed this place

Great property that we stayed at several times! The staff was very helpful and responsive for late checkins and early departures. The area is residential, safe and cute, but still in the city so near anything you could need. My family of 8 fit wonderfully!

We normally stay in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. This was our first stay in this area. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay as a family of 6. The apartment was spacious, clean and close to cafes, restaurants and other amenities. The staff were friendly and in particular Zain was really helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

The place was more of a 3 bedroom apartment huge we had an amazing time the staff was great especially Zain at the front desk and the night guard was extremely helpful and friendly, for a fee you can have cleaning service and we were offered a free cleaning it was very nice of them and cleaning staff was amazing as well. 7 night stay couldn’t wait to get home to it to relax from the traffic in Istanbul, it’s a 30 minute drive from the touristy attractions but we rented a car and it worked great. Very close to the florya mall with stunning views of the sea and walking trails along the beach. The pool was an added bonus we will definitely stay here again and recommend it for families

We had a fantastic stay at BayMari Suites! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. What truly made our experience exceptional was Zain, the manager. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — any small issue was handled immediately and with a smile. Zain is truly an asset to this rental, her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made all the difference. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Zain !

Good place to stay in Florya

We stayed at 3 bedrooms apartment. The place was big and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The stuff is amazing and very helpful. Nice and quiet swimming pool. Highly recommend stay at Florya. Important to know if you come in hot days: There is air conditioning only at the master bedroom and leaving room. The other 2 rooms with ventilators.

Perfect for Large Family

BayMari was so accomodating and exceptionally helpful with any request. Everything about the apartment far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are bigger than the pictures and so beautifully decorated. Perfect location, close to ATMs, fine dining, a short walk to the woods or sea front. We are a family of 8 and the apartment had ample room, (large fridge, dishwasher washing machine, full kitchen) so handy for longer stays. We absolutely loved it and would live to return.
