This was one of the best residences I stayed at. Everything was carefully thought of , everything in good working condition. Very efficient little flat Location was pretty cool walking dostance tp a mall who’ve had a supermarket / the tırlısj flat bread place was there too . Safe neogjborhood

We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located in the center of everything. The staff members Refik, Halit, and Erol were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, they made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. They were also always very helpful in assisting me with finding a place to park my rental car whenever I returned, whether during the day or late at night. We were so happy with our stay that we booked another 3 nights to come back again. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful 10-Day Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful 10-day stay at Baymari Suites Design Florya and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, modern, extremely clean and very well maintained. Our accommodation was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to the staff, who were truly amazing throughout our entire visit. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful and professional, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and made us feel very well looked after. The location was also excellent for us, in a pleasant and convenient area of Florya. After spending 10 days here, we can genuinely say that we felt very comfortable and at home. Thank you to the entire team at Baymari Suites Design Florya for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We left with a very positive impression and would definitely choose this hotel again when returning to Istanbul. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, modern place with excellent service and genuinely welcoming staff. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Firstly I want to say a special Thank you to Halit and to Refik Abi who went over and above to ensure we were happy with our stay and that we had everything that we needed. They were responsible for the property day and night and are the most valuable staff there and I cannot thank them both enough for their care for us, we felt so welcome and at home. The property was extremely clean, including the pool and the surroundings. The location of the property was superb with walking distance to 2 supermarkets for all essentials and including a shopping centre that is 2 minutes walk. Food and restaurants are also nearby including Aqua Florya Shopping Mall which has a ‘Sea Life’ with an aquarium you can visit, and Dubai style shops, the most stunning coffee and dining area right with a sea view where everyone goes to watch the sunset - you must see this! Sandy beaches are also 5 minutes drive away with and all amenities you need at a beach including showers, cubicles and restaurants for food. Yesilkoy is also 10 mins in a taxi where there is nightlife wth traditional Turkish music at restaurants and ice cream parlours you can go sit and enjoy icecream at until 1.30am. Florya is a beautiful area with a lot you can do and see. The Grand Bazaar is about 30 minutes drive away in a taxi but you can also get the Metro which is the underground tube to Beyazit and see all the sightseeing areas too, Overall we loved Bymari Design Suites and we will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed two nights relaxing at Baymari Suites. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well furnished apartment near to many cafes and just a 15 minute walk to the seaside / mall. Pool area was a nice bonus and staff friendly and helpful.

I was staying at this place for 3 nights, and by that short amount of time i already got a great impression of the place. The room was very nice and clean, and thats nice, but what stood out more for me was the staff! They were so kind and helpful already from the start, and that is really important in hotels - to feel safe and in good hands. Would love to come back here!

I was pleased with everything about the accommodation. Check-in was wonderfully easy, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Although the check-out time was at 11:30, Baymari Suites was super flexible and accommodating, allowing me to check out an hour later, which suited my flight schedule better. I can highly recommend this place. It’s a bit far from the city center, but for me, as I didn’t need to go there, it was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and other options nearby, and in general, I really like Florya, which made it ideal :)

Fantastic apartment in good location. You have to pay for your room to be cleaned. Staff are friendly but the night staff at check in after hours can not speak a word of english. Check in took a liitle long due to this.

All in all, I was really happy with my stay at Baymari Suites Design. The area was completely peaceful and calm. The accommodation is very safe, and the staff is smiling, friendly, and always available. This is the second time I’ve been here, and it definitely won’t be the last. It’s a bit far from the city center and the various attractions, but I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and think it’s lovely to be able to come to Istanbul and just relax. Highly recommended! :)

Best place in florya

It is my 2nd time to go Florya for work. At the first i choose this hotel because it is close to work. But… there is some special good atmosphere at this place. Receptionist is so kind, at the night the place is so quiet, rooms are very big, feels like Home, not hotel. Everything is thought like oven, plates, refrigirator EVERYTHINGG ❤️🙏 thank you so much. I never hesitate to book again/
