The staff were brilliant, always smile on their face and ensured our requirements were met. The guest relations worker Haleema couldn’t have done more for us, such lovely lady with beautiful smile and attitude towards the guests. I would definitely come back here again. The room was lovely clean and had everything we needed.

On morning after late arrival, a couple of issues with the room were resolved quickly by a room change. Second room had no issues, clean and comfortable. Staff of hotel couldn't be more helpful. Enjoyable 6-night stay.

Best hotel ever

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s in an amazing location everything is nearby. There’s a strip mall not even a 2 min drive from there filled with amazing restaurants of all kinds. The blue mosque is 10 mins away, grand bazaar is 12 mins away airport is about 35-40 mins. Beautiful rooms. Very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and anything you need is brought to you very fast! We’re a family of 4. Toddler and baby my toddler had his own twin bed and they brought my baby a crib. We all slept comfortably and the kids were happy. A win win for all!

This hotel shows a pool in their pictures but this is not the case. The pool shown belongs to the radison blue next door and they charge 4000 lira a day to use it. It is the only reason I booked this hotel. The rooms were only cleaned every other day. The decor is tired but the staff are helpful.

They gave us a room on first floor, despite my request both during the reservation and in person. They said there were no rooms available on higher floors, but from what I could see, most of the rooms were empty at that time.

this hotel is a total scam and slimy place. They got paid twice and refused to approve the Expedia refund request. They purposely delayed until I left to let me know that they declined it. I spoke to other customers staying at the hotel who were facing similar issues. I have a video recording of the staff telling you to my face that they would approve it. Highly do not recommend
