Blue Inn

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and although there was a bit of a language barrier it was easily resolved. The only negatives I had was that my room was on the ground floor and had a sliding door that opened to the street only a couple meters away so it was noisy and someone kept using the awning in front of the room to smoke all night. As a non smoker this was bothersome.

fine for 1 night

room was clean and I liked the balcony, looks like recent paint but a bit of peeling wallpaper. desk staff were abrupt and not very friendly. Breakfast needs a lot of work. instant coffee with powdered creamer and 7 kinds of processed mystery meat. listing needs to be updated as it is nowhere near the airport.

Hayatımda gittiğim en berbat oteldi

Otel oldukça vasattı. Banyosu falan temizdi ama kahvaltı olsun yalıtım olsun oda büyüklüğü olsun çok kötüydü alınan ücrete göre. Aynı ücretle 4 yıldızlı bi otelde kalınabilirdi. Meyve suyu bile yoktu kahvaltıda. Domates salatalık sadece dalga geçer gibi ve mutfak pisti.

Excellent experience

Hotel well located if you need to spend a night close to the airport. Staff really friendly and helpful (needed to print a doc for a flight). Nice bedrooms. Restaurants and shops close to the hotel.

Ne pas y aller!!!

Hôtel qui mériterait d être refait à neuf! Wifi ne fonctionnait pas et le personnel ne voulait pas résoudre le problème!!! La réception se permet de rajouter des taxes lorsqu’on paie par carte! Et font leur propre conversion entre la lire turc et l euro!

Value for your money

Very clean, very cheap, very peaceful, very quiet and very hospitable place, ideally situated close to Ataturk Airport. If you're a tired traveller staying one night on transfer in Istanbul, choose this hotel. The cab from the airport is less than 20 TL, and as the the small (three or four stories) hotel is situated in a residential area, I bet you will find it easy to sleep. The staff is very helpful and modest - the maid didn't even accept my tip. Breakfast downstairs is plain and simple, but they got the boiled (hard) eggs, the cheeses, the olives, the mortadella, the honey and jams, but most impotant: they got freshly baked bread! Absolutely good value for your money!

The worse hotel I ever stayed in , AC was not working, I had to kill maybe 10 mosquitoes before I go to sleep , not clean beds were in terrible condition. I didn’t even want a have breakfast in the morning I run away . They didn’t even give me an invoice

Blev Lurad!!!!

Jag bokade en natt på Blue Inn Hotel och betalade i förväg för att slippa göra det på plats. När jag anlände till hotellet 40 minuter efter midnatt hade dom redan hyrt ut mitt rum till någon annan. Jag frågade om jag kunde få tillbaka mina pengar då sa dom att det inte går. Dom är redan förbrukade... Detta kan jag ändå acceptera med tanke med hotellets in/ut checkning regler och policy men tycker ändå att det är riktigt dåligt att den informationen inte framgår på bokningsbekräftelsen. Däremot föreslog och ordnade receptionisten ett rum på annat Blue hotel som jag då kunde ta för lägre pris för en natt I och med att jag inte hade något annat val tog jag erbjudandet. Då hände detta…….. Varning varning varning!!!! Jag anlände till Blue hotell ca kl 02 på natten och väl i receptionen mötes jag av byggarbetsplats. Receptionisten var vänlig och försökte med göra sitt bästa med dom få engelska ord han kunde. Han berättade att priset för en natt kostar så mycket och utcheckning är kl: 11:00. Hotellet är på 6 våningar och internet fungerar upp till våning 2 sa receptionisten. Dagen efter när jag skulle checka ut krävde 2 andra i receptionister mig på dubbla priset. När jag förklarade att jag receptionisten kvällen innan hälften av det priset nekade dom att han fanns överhuvudtaget. Till slut fick jag betala fullpris efter deras utpressning och checka ut i panik klockan 10:15. Undvik!!!!!!!!!!

Yer olmadığı halde otelde rezervasyon yapıldı

Blue Inn otelden Hotels.com vasıtasıyla yer ayırttım, 2 saat sonra otelden aradılar otelin dolu olduğunu ve yer olmadığını söylediler. Bunun üzerine yine Hotels.com vasıtasıyla İstanbul Greenpark Hotel den yer ayırttım, İstanbul havalanından taksi ile otele gittiğimde otelde yer olmadığını söylediler, kredi kartımdan Hotels.com tarafından çekilen 254,54 TL yi geri ödemediler, Hotels.com a telefonla ulaştığımda otomatik yanıt sistemi çıkıyor, paramı geri iade alamıyorum.

Üzgünüm ama birdaha hayatta kalmam.

Oda temizliği ortalamaydı. Yatak sanki hiç temizlenmemişti! Üzerinde kıl tüy ne ararsanız vardı, ayrıca ne nevresim ne bir şey vardı direk yastık. Yastığın üzerinde kılıf yoktu ve sarı sarı lekeler vardı. Havluların temiz olduğunu umarak havlu serip yattım. O kadar para verip böyle biryerde kalmak beni çok sinirlendirdi. Duştaki şampuan doldurmamı dersiniz, klimanın kafasına göre çalışmasımı bilemedim. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi gayet iyiydi komik ve eğlenceli tavırları vardı. Çalışanları davranışları iyidi fakat 3 masalı bir ufak odada olan kahvaltıyı unutamayacağım. Kısacası sadece otele yakın diye kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Uzun zamandır kaldığım en kötü oteldi. 1.5 yıldız desem yeridir. 30-40TL az vericem diye için gecenizi rezil etmeyin derim.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä lentokentälle pääsyn kannalta, taksilla meni parikymmentä minuuttia. Taksiasema on lähellä. Lähiympäristö on viihtyisää pientaloaluetta ja juna-asemakin on lähellä. Varustelutaso oli luvatun mukaista. Siivouksessa hieman paranneltavaa, edellisten vieraiden tavaroita löytyi kaapista. Ranskalaisen parvekkeen ovi oli suljettu huonosti, minkä vuoksi yö oli kylmä ja huomasin asian vasta aamulla. Ilmastointilaite ei aluksi toiminut lämmittämiseen mutta korjautui yön aikana muiden vieraiden valitettua asiasta. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ole ilmanvaihtoa minkä vuoksi kylpyhuoneen ikkunaa joudutaan pitämään raollaan. Lentomelu ei häirinnyt. Veloittivat täyden maksun 200TL (44€), eivät olleet perillä hotels.comin salaisista hinnoista joiden perusteella valitsin paikan. Ei ollut aikaa jäädä selittämään ja vaatimaan oikeuksia.

Nice new hotel close to the airport

Very nice new hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Location is excellent for airport and in a good neighbourhood, 300 meters from the seaside. Internet needs to be reset by staff as it wasn’t working when I arrived and I had to advise staff. Also careful about airport taxis, they are unfriendly and not interested. Make sure you point out the hotel is in Halkali street and NOT Halkali Location. I was taken to a totally different hotel and literally ‘dumped’ there by the taxi. In total it cost me 75TL and 1 1/2 hours to get there on the night of my arrival. Going back to the airport the next morning it took all of 20 minutes and 22 TL! Ataturk Airport is a mess, allow at least 2 hours to get through endless security check and very poorly staffed Turkish airlines check in staff. Also watch that the Free Internet of the airport does not work, so there are desks that try to sell you internet access for €15!
