The hotel was nice enough with a good breakfast next door at an extra price but the ceiling leaked badly and my clothes got wet and I couldn’t sleep because of dripping. There was an apology but no discount offered so that was disappointing.

Misleading Property Listing - The Expedia listing claimed the property offered three outdoor pools and a children's pool, but there were only two outdoor pools and a children's pool. - The listing also advertised EV charging, but the property did **not** have any EV charging facilities at all, which was misleading. Breakfast Hours Inconsistency - Breakfast hours were unreliable. At check-in, a sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 am, which was later changed to 8:30 am. Despite this, we still had to wait until 9:00 am for breakfast to be served. Room Experience - We reserved a "Deluxe Quadruple Room," which had only a glass door for entry and no windows. The only way to get fresh air was by leaving the door open, as there were no openable windows. - After requesting a room change, we were moved to a room in the main building facing the street, but the price difference was not refunded. Parking Limitations - Parking is very limited. During high season, finding a parking spot near the property can be extremely difficult. Overall Impression - Based on these experiences, we would not choose to stay at this property again.

Çok kötü bir deneyim oldu.

Odalar pis ve kokuyor, telefon bozuk, duş çalışmıyordu. Yorgan'da bir karış kan lekesi vardı. Teknik servis kavramı var ama çalışanı yok. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil, tabakla geliyor. Artık tabağına ne konuluyorsa onu yiyiorsun. Reçel var ama tereyağı yok.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind für 4 Nächte zum Entspannen geblieben. Der Poolbereich war sauber und es gab genug Liegen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen. Auch das war sauber und geräumig genug. Das Frühstück war ausreichend für uns. Brot, Tomate, Gurke, Ei, Oliven, Käse und Honig bzw. Marmelade. Das Hotel liegt halt nicht im Zentrum Istanbuls, sondern weit außerhalb, aber das wollten wir diesmal auch.

Dertsiz basina dert alma

Domates bile verilmeyen bir kahvalti asla doymuyorsunuz. Havuzda havlu olayinin parali oldugu başka bir otel görmedim. Su 50 tl. Bir gun öncesinde gunumuzu degistirmek istedik plajlarin yasaklanmasi sebebiyle bu konuda da yardımcı olmadılar. Sadece havuza gidim gunu birlik derseniz bu ise yarar bir yer. Konaklama tavsiye etmiyorum.

Beykoz çevresinde muhteşem bir deneyim. Havuzu temiz, barı geniş. Yemekleri kaliteli. Hemen karşısında bulunan restoran muhteşem ötesiydi etleri daha önce ömrümde yemediğim kadar lezzetliydi mutlaka denemenizi öneririm. Otel odaları tertemiz çalışanları çok ilgili.

Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık yalnız kurutma makinası çalışmıyordu odada havlu yoktu sonrasında uyurken bir anda odanın kapısı açılıp görevli havlu getirdi bir de klozet su akıtıyordu

Beykoz riva da iyi bir aile hoteli

Beykoz riva da en iyi hotel diyebilirim, ailelerin tercih ettiği bir hotel olarak gözlemledim, bunun yanı sira arkadaşınız ile de kalabileceğiniz bir hotel. Rıdvan bey çözüm odaklı bir bey, yardım sever sizi en iyi şekilde ağırlamak için elinden geleni yapıyor. Oda gayet temiz ve yeterliydi. Sadece dolapta biraz daha fazla askı olmasını isterdim. Kahve çay içinde biraz daha fazla karton bardak. Karton bardak yerine cam veya porselen de olabilirdi. Genel anlamda güzel bulduk tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer olabilir.
