In my opinion, Not Recommended!

I was shocked when I arrived at the hotel and found that the hotel had five floors with no elevator and I am given a room at the top floor. Also, the stairway was helical type and narrow. The hotel accessibility was also another concern with a sokak type road and difficult to reach by cars. Furthermore, the hotel was located in a road with steep slope. The bottomline is that I had to abandon my stay and leave losing the payment I made without any refund.

AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY. Le petit hôtel Cozy Flats est un havre de tranquillité au coeur de Cihangir, au coeur des venelles et des petites rues tortueuses et valloneuses de la ville nouvelle. Après avoir épluché des dizaines, voire des centaines d'hôtels et d'appartements, le Cozy Flats s'imposait sans contredit: pour un prix imbattable (420 euros/600 cad/1300TRY la chambre double pour 8 nuits!) on obtient une chambre de plus de 30m2 claire, élégante, décorée avec goût, salle de bains en marbre, petit balcon, lit extrêmement confortable, digne de certains 4 ou 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est familial et l'ambiance très intime et familière. On prend notre petit déjeuner dans une petite cour intérieure, petit jardin où on peut fainéanter à tout moment de la journée. Eren parle très bien anglais et est tout simplement adorable. On vous accueille avec chaleur et on insiste pour vous monter les bagages. Tout le confort moderne s'y trouve mais les moulures des chambres rappellent celles d'un appartement bourgeois. Le petit déjeuner est un peu répétitif et un peu ordinaire, mais très correct et compris dans le prix! Le quartier vous permet de ne pas être plongé parmi les touristes: il y a certes des européens, mais presque que des Turcs bobos, détendus, laïcs et accueillants. Adresse à ne pas rater et devant laquelle ne pas hésiter!

Very cozy and comfortable

Staff is very helpful It really feels like home, very comfortable Location is good, walking distance to lots of place/restaurant I booked the hotel room via hotels.com and when I booked it, it said 2 double beds, 2 single beds and one sofa bed. However, when we arrived there is only 2 double bed and one sofa bed. We talked to the staff about it and they said they don't have a room with 2 double 2 single and one sofa. We asked for some towels and toilet rolls, but it took them longer than one hour to deliver it to our room.

Otele ilk girdiğimizde başka bir binaya geçtik resimdeki görünen yerlerle hiçbir alakası yoktu şikayetimiz üzerine yerimizi değiştirdiler. İlk intiba hayal kırıcıydı,sonra analadıkki 10 yıllık bina var birde yeni bina var bizi eski binada konaklatmaya çalıştırmaları hoş değildi.

I left as a happier man.

We had a great stay at cosy flats. So Helpful and friendly personell and located in a calm quiet sidestreet but realt close to cool bars and restaurants just minuts away. Istanbul was a big Happy surprise:-) loved it.

Excellent location and friendly service.

We spent 4 nights at Cozy Flats. Great location in neighborhood with good restaurants and away from all of the tourist sights. It's a lively neighborhood at night, but Cozy Flats is on a quiet street, so night noise was not a problem.

Petit hôtel propre et correct. Le personnel est très disponible et très attentionné. A seulement 10 min à de la place Taksim, l'emplacement de l'hôtel cumule le calme du quartier avec la proximité des attractions de la place Taksim. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Definite recommendation

Great hotel, incredible value for money, perfect location in the heart of a very cool neighborhood but totally quiet. The ideal oasis for a trip to busy Istanbul. Only downside is the internet which is not working most of the time.
