I paid total stay for triple room and when we came they said the price increase and they want extra charge per night and they give me two choices between pay the extra or canceling my booking with no refund but i prefer to stay and pay cash again because our flight was at night and we has a child with us also they given us a small studio in another building far about two street from the hotel where is no reception or wifi also we spend three nights without sleeping because we heard weird noises every night than i asked the reception to give us a room in main hotel (he was friendly ) so we moved before 2 nights of our travel date Finally i don’t recommend this hotel

Ik vond hem een geweldige hotel. Hele aardige personeel vooral Murat, heel hulpzaam, is voor alles klaar. Hotel ligt vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden zoals Ayasofya , Blauwe moskee, Topkapıpaleis . Ik raad het hotel aan iedereen . Je zal niet spijt van krijgen .

I paid my reservation online and upon my arrival they said it was cancelled because the amount paid was incorrect. They expected me to pay extra which I refused. The place is a bit run down. Not worth what they were asking at all. I contacted expedia for a refund and they tried several times to call them to get the money back with no luck. Never stayed there (but had the chance to look at the room) and I am out of my money. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

Stay away.

Hotel is a rip off. They exploit the no refund fares to scam customers. I booked two rooms at this hotel weeks in advance. When we showed up thdy tried to gave us 1 room that smelled of cigarettes and had obviously not been cleaned with a broken shower fixture. When I asked for my money back they refused and told me the manager, who never showed up, was coming. Hotels.com was not helpful in getting a refund for this obvious fraud. Elisa hotel figured out they juat have to speak Turkish to the call center to throw them off, utter ridiculousness. I have no idea how this hotel is rated highly. Run in the other direction.
