I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the location and the friendly service to the facilities. The staff was attentive, and everything was well maintained. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to use the swimming pool, but overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Overall the location is excellent, walkable to the tram station. However, the staff at the front desk looks so annoyed when you ask them anything. The bell boys, however, are so helpful and nice! The room was amazing, the bathroom needs a little bit of work and needed cleaning.

There was no explanation about the spa, as the receptionist never bothered to explain it or tell me where it was during check-in, even though I enjoy using spa facilities. I had to figure out how everything worked on my own. There wasn’t much interaction with the reception staff upon our arrival. The hotel’s location is great and easily accessible.

The property is well situated. However; the rooms lack sound proofing and we ended up having few sleepless nights as you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms!! Had to call the front desk few times past 2:00 AM to complain about the noise from neighboring rooms. For this reason; I won’t stay in this hotel again…
