Great property and location. Spacious room. Better than average hotel breakfast. My only complaint is they bother you. I exceeded my room deposit and it was a federal emergency with phone calls and banging on the door. It happened again and we were locked out of our room. Just keep the card in file and charge it! Otherwise very good.

The room and the whole hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, the door in our bathroom didnt close and we had no light, but we got another room. The staff almost always came to our room in the morning even though we had the sign "do not disturb" and also called. The breakfast was fine but the coffee machine went as not. The staff was very friendly

I’m used to coming here. It’s near Florya with great uni kids ambience. Also lots of great affordable food surrounding this place. The local comes here a lot for events and food. So, it’s not a bad place.

The rooms needs renovation. I don't think it should be considered a 5 star hotel. I spoke with the receptionist and they informed me that they do not keep all the lights on so it is only when breakfast occurs that the upstairs lights are turned on. The rooms are quite dim so lighting isn't ideal. The staff continually try to convince you to join cruises / use their taxi service. The breakfast is quite basic with not a lot of choice. The hotel is far from the city and is by a loud busy road. The room was extremely hot so was unable to sleep. I asked for AC and they said they don't have any. There is black mold in the bathroom. For me I rate it a 2 star. Our TV would not turn on and we had to continually call staff to help us turn it back on. The one staff member that made us enjoy the hotel was Yunus , excellent customer service. However I will not be going back to that hotel ever again.

Stayed in room 1607 and the staff went above and beyond. I had an operation and the staff brought ice on demand when I was not mobile and made my stay seamless. Having chosen Elite hotel was the best decision I made and made my recovery easy and I would recommend this hotel to all, especially those pursuing surgery. Food, spa and impeccable level of staff and care made my stay even better than I hoped.

Nice hotel great staff but it’s out of our way and subway is not near you’ll have to walk about 2 miles. Wish hotel would’ve been closer to all the tourist and city monuments or have easier access of transportation. Have gets really pricey
