I had a wonderful stay at Emin Palace. The hotel was impeccably clean and located in a perfect spot—everything was within walking distance, including the metro station and the bustling market. A special thanks to the receptionists, Elvin and Azat, who were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
For its category and price, this is an excellent hotel. The hotel front desk staff are excellent! Both extremely helpful and courteous! Definitely will stay there again!
Nice new hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is the restaurant/breakfast area is on the top floor. 7am chairs starts being dragged in an out of tables constantly for hours. If you are on the top two floors be ready to be awoken early.
Wonderful staff! Very nice and helpful. We had a big issue when booking though a website and we were very stressed, but the staff, Firat was his name, calmed us down and helped us solve it in no time!
Emin Palace is located very close to a lot of interesting tourist attractions, restaurants, bazaars and stores. It was easy to find your way around.
The rooms were clean and even though we booked last minute, everything was greatly prepared for us when we arrived. Breakfast was also included!
All in all, Emin Palace Hotel is a great hotel to stay at.
Good hotel, its location close to all forms of transport stations and markets, excellent management, especially mehmet and coliston and amin (vere friendly)

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The location of this hotel is not very good for tourists to stay. I will not recommend this hotel. The rooms are so tiny. The streets are so dirty. They will not changed your bed sheets. The breakfast is Average. Don’t stay at this hotel INSTEAD stay in any hotel in Sultanehmet.
We had a good stay. The hotel is nicely located, walking to the station takes around 8min. I would recommend the hotel for its location and also nice staff. Thats a 10/10. The maids however were dissappointing, did not clean the rooms properly (sheets weren’t changed and used towels were just folded back). They were also very loud on the hallway while talking to eachother and not friendly/welcoming.
The male receptionists however were extremely kind and welcoming. Definitely showed that they were going out of their way to help you. Thank you.

The sheets had stains and the room had a sewer smell. The location was very close to most attractions however the street is packed with vendors that it literally felt like you were in the middle of a bazaar. It just was not ideal. Also hotel tried to force us to pay cash instead of by card by telling us the system is down don’t fall for it it’s not and just insist on paying with a card it works.
Horrible location! Very getto like neighborhood, my wife and felt very unsafe the minute we arrived and we told the reception that we didn’t wanna stay there , and he promised to not charge me if I canceled with Hotels.com, which I did immediately, but they still charged us 2 nights , then he said ok he would refund me one night , Never did ! I wouldn’t stay there for free !!!
The hotel is new and is very clean, however it does not live up to the way it is presented ion the internet. It is a family run business and only one of them spoke some English and he tried to be cooperative. The breakfast was acceptable but it was the same every day and so was the quality. Aside from Emin the servers at breakfast were not cooperative and grumbling. The worst part was the area which turned out to be the industrial sector of the city, it was overcrowded and congested with cars, however there’s a bustling Main Street not far from the hotel.
Unfortunately there is not really much good to say about this hotel. I booked months in advance and I got the room on the first floor on the street and it was noisy. I asked to have another room but they said they were fully booked. We asked how much the transport from airport to hotel and viceversa was and they said 60 euro per travel and then we overheard saying 50 euro to other people. The bathroom smelled like sewers and you could hear a almost constant water flowing sound in the room while sleeping (it was probably the actually sewers pipes). The cleaners were shouting on the phone at 7am in the corridor as their room base was in front of ours and we had to tell them to stop (they continued with a lower tone but still audible). Breakfast was not edible and coffee was Nescafé powder so we paid for it in advance but we had breakfast out every day. I am sure I’m missing out other things but overall it was not a good stay at all.
It's a family run new hotel în the very crowded commercial and touristic area of once historical Constantinopole, close to metro station of Yenikapi, close to T1 tram, walking distance (20-30') to the ferry and the touristic attractions. And surrounded by shops. The hotel îs very clean. The rooom has good amenities ( channel tv, wifi, air condition, kettle, fridge, bottles of water every day). The breakfast îs basic, fresh, served on the top terrace when fine weather - It could be improved ( fruits, yoghurt for example), also the service could be improved - sometimes, a plate has no pie, or no salamy, or no cheese, because of the rush. They correct this instantly, after beeing noticed, with polite apologize. One morning, at 7:40h, the terrace wasn't ready for serving breakfast and three tourists were waiting the tables to be arranged and cleaned. If you open the room's door and keep it longer open, a disturbing ( for the tourists from the other rooms) alarm keeps you company, maybe you react properly and close your door promptly. When this happens în the middle of the night , îs ruining others sleep. The check-in starts at noon, the check-out is at 12:30h, this aspect îs a plus, in my opinion. It's a good hotel, if you look for a clean bed to rest, în the middle of the action. If you want to be pampered, you obviously have to pay much more and go to the Ritz.
