room was good, staff were nice. they lent me an umbrella while i was there which was great bc i didn’t want to have to go buy one. only thing that loses a star was that their room service was nonexistent. i called for water to be sent to my room 3 different times in one night and i never got the water.

Great stay

The hotel and our room was clean and well kept. The breakfast provided was excellent. The only issue that affected our stay was on arrival, we had booked a car to pick us up at the airport which was cancelled by the hotel due to a confusion of our arrival date.

Great hotel, good location. We had a nice room with a city view but there was too much noise from the street. They changed the room after a request, and the other room was much quieter. Hotel is great quality , pool is nice , beds are comfortable

Eresin was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The shower had nice pressure. A bonus was that there is a pool, sauna and steam room. It was nice after a long day to breathe in the eucalyptus in the steam room. Fresh towels at the pool/sauna/steam were a plus.

Nice hotel outside main tourist area, accessible.

The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable for us. The beds were hard but that is how we prefer it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a little out of the way from the tourist spots but the public tram system is right in front and very convenient.

The location of the hotel is ideal with a bus and tram stop within a 2 min walk,so getting to all the main tourist spots is cost effective. Hotel is somewhat daed but is clean and comfortable and is in good condition.Definitely recommend

I loved the manager named Tekin and front desk staff named Aldi’s. The manager treated me and my wife with respect and he became like a close friend to us, I can say he is the reason for me to write this review beside Aldi’s that she was more than excellent. I recommend any one want to visit Istanbul to go and stay there.

It was not busy as the Sultan Ahmet area, but there was not much to do around until you take the train. Also, there needs to be AC in the property not just in the rooms. The staff and management wete helpful and friendly.
