The staff were amazing. Especially Ibrahim and Furkan, so willing to help and very kind and friendly. The hotel was well situated near Galata Tower. There is a lovely rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. Would recommend this place!

We have been satisfied with our staying in this hotel. EXCELLENT position. Room was clean, towels changed regularly (just mini bar was empty but didn't care), all staff very and always helpful (dealing with Ibrahim), liked our breakfast lots of choose. But not happy about a loud prayers specially at 5am.

The place itself was clean, but the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was just okay—the food did not seem very fresh and some of it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The staff, however, were helpful and pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing breakfast spread! Everyone was super kind and helpful and the air conditioning was much better here. We had the 'family room' which is a 2 bedroom interconnecting with a queen bed in one room and 2 twins in the other, perfect for families.

Beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. Booked the double-room. There was a full breakfast with a lot of options to try. The hotel is not next to the roadway and the staff came out to the road to help bring the luggage into the hotel. Hotel suggested a great traditional restaurant for dinner that was wonderful. The hotel worked with the car company to ensure we was picked up and delivered the cruise port.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Location worked for us being near the Galata bridge and top floor restaurant had some great views. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed-stay here!

Hotel was clean, front desk helpful with retrieving lost luggage, great breakfast friendly staff, guided to excellent restaurant across the street with charming bohemian vibe-great food and wine. The spa was excellent with great hammam and massages by cute Balinese women!
