i had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for me . I stayed in room 502 at the third floor (not sure how they name the rooms). There was a constantly working machine next to my room. It was hard to sleep with that noise. The bathroom smelled awful. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to cover it up with lots of moth balls in the sink.

Okay overall but the rooms need work

Overall it was good. The Indian restaurant there was pretty delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. I was just surprised that they charged us for the tea and the coffee that seemed complimentary. They even charges us for the 1 bottle of water that was supposed to be in the room free of charge. I was surprised to see that at the checkout. And the walls had peeling surfaces and the toilet seat was sliding so much when you sit :)

Odalarda temizlik konusunda bir problem yok. Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu sabah kadar soğukta kaldım. İlk verilen odada klimanın iç tarafından yoğun yağmur suyu geliyordu. Odalardan birbirine ve koridordan odalara aşırı ses geliyor uykunuzdan uyanabiliyorsunuz

Sınav için geldiğimde konakladım. Yola yakın olduğu için çok ses geliyordu. Aslında kiraladığım odayı yanlışlıkla fazla rezerve ettiklerini söyleyerek beni zemin odaya aldılar. Oda genişti fakat camları kot1 de olduğu için oldukça küçük ve basıktı. Banyoda oldukça fazla rutubet kokusu mevcuttu. Fanı çok fazla vibrasyon olduğu için gürültülü çalışıyordu.

Tuvalet özellikle duşluk kısmı temiz değildi ve çok fazla yerde kıllar vardı. Bunun dışında yatağın da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemem. Bu paralara çok bir şey beklenmemesi lazım ama en azından bunlara dikkat edilebilirdi. Oda genel olarak rahattı bunlar dışında bir problem yaşamadım.

Wer gerne in einem schimmligen Bad mit kaputter Elektronik duscht ist hier genau richtig. Das Mobiliar ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern schlichtweg kaputt. Ein besonderes I-Tüpfelchen war, dass das Hotel DIREKT neben einer Moschee liegt - das heißt, man wird unter anderem jede Nacht um 4:30 Uhr von wunderschönem Gebets-gesang über Lautsprecher direkt vor dem Fenster geweckt. Wir haben es dort nur eine Nacht ausgehalten und sind vorzeitig gegangen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Otelde bu zamana kadar birkaç kez konakladık. İlk konakladığımızda alt kattaki odalardan güzel bir oda verilmişti, epey memnun kalmıştık. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Fakat sonrasında memnun kalmadığımız birçok konu oldu. Odalarda çarşaflarda, eşyaların üstünde her zaman kıl oluyor. Odadaki eşyalar, etraf kırık dökük. Oda değiştirdik, yine oda kırık dökük ve kıllıydı. Odalar aşırı ses geçiriyor. Fakat en büyük problem kesinlikle hijyen. Son olarak sistemsel olarak odanın ismi "iki ayrı yataklı veya bir tane çift kişilik yataklı oda" olarak geçiyor. Rezervasyon yaparken yatak türünü siz seçiyorsunuz. Fakat resepsiyondaki bir beyefendi bu durumu bilmiyordu. Oda başlığının ismini benim tercihim zannedip çift kişilik tek yatak istememe rağmen tek kişilik iki ayrı yataklı oda vermişti. Sonra durumu düzelttiler fakat ısrarla benim yatak tercihi yapmadığımı iddia etti. Resepsiyonun bu sitenin sistemini tam olarak öğrenmesi gerekiyor.

Ses ve ışık yalıtımı kötüydü, hassas olanlar için rahatsız edici olabilir. Odamda 3 tane aynı tür böcek gördüm galiba yuvaları var. İşlemlerde karışıklık olsa da çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı, ondan memnun kaldım.

Şu anda karakoldayım. Bagajım kayboldu emanette ve maalesef kamera kaydının olmadiği söyleniyor. Sorumluluklarının olmadığı ayrıca. Bir misafirin götürmüş olabileceğini ancak telefon numarası almadıklarını ve ulaşamadıklarını. Mağduriyetimin giderilmesi için tek çarem hukuksal yollar oldu maalesef. Ayrıca başka şehire gitmem gerekiyor ama maalesef seyahatim de bu sebepten gecikti.
