Very small basic room supposed to be deluxe room. Not at all as shown in the photos. No welcome drinks Very smelly bathroom. No nice toiletries. The water leaked on the floor after shower. So puddle all the time The room was so cold. We were told this is the best theycould do Located in a small narrow road where it can be over looked by the people across the road. Lots of little tourists restaurants with extremely loud live music. Couldn't sleep at all. Very very dark. There was only half curtain in the window. So no privacy. The wall papers were peeling. The TV didn't work The only thing was good was the staff. Amazing staff

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

We were impressed with the overall quality of this hotel. The staff was chatty and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was decent size and very stylish. Clean bathroom was also impressive. No complaints.

Yükses sesten uyunmuyor ancak konum ve otel iyi

Herşey gayet güzeldi ancak dışarıdan gelen sesler sebebiyle dinlenme konusunda (otelin konumundan kaynaklı) rahatsızlık yaşadık. Dışarıda eğlence neredeyse sabaha kadar devam ediyor ve bu durum yüksek ses yüzünden uyuyamamanıza sebep oluyor.

Otel hoş ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü idi. Tek bir sorun var ki, otelle değil konumla alakalı. Beyoğlu şamatasının göbeğinde olduğu için geceleri gürültüden uyumak zor olabiliyor. Sabah erken kalkmanız gerekiyorsa, bir miktar yorgun uyanıyorsunuz. Bunun dışında keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu güzel tercih edilebilecek bir otel

Yaptırmış olduğum oda detaylarında balkon yazmasına rağmen, rezervasyonumun durumu hakkında oteli aradığımda balkonsuz oda olduğu söylenmesi hiç hoş olmadı. Tabi yardımcı oldular balkonlu odaya ancak başka insanlar da aynı problemi yaşamamaları için, balkonlu ibaresi seçilmiş olan ve balkonu olmayan oda detaylarından kaldırılmalı. Kahvaltı 3*** otele göre biraz zayıf, ancak sadece kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir. Faruk bey’e teşekkürlerimi iletmek isterim.

Der Einziger Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage wenn einem die extremen Partygeräusche nichts ausmachen. In den Zimmern fließt kein warmes Wasser und man muss kalt duschen. Die Zimmer sind verstaubt und die Betten stinken nach Zigaretten. Reklamationen werden vom Personal nicht erstgeboren und man wird belogen. Unbekannte Handwerker kommen einfach (angeblich ohne Kenntnis der Rezeption) mit einem Generalschlüssel ins Zimmer ohne sich anzukündigen. Alles in allem das schlechteste Hotel das ich je besucht habe.

Otelin konumu mukemmeldi, odamiz temizdi ancak biraz kucuktu. Bu durum bizim icin bir onemli cok onemli olmasa da belirtmek istedim. Calisanlar yardimsever ve guler yuzluydu. Kahvalti yeterli olcudeydi. Kahvalti sonrasi ikram edilen turk kahvesi hosumuza gitti.
