This hotel is located in the middle of a bustling city. It is an old property so expect room, carpets, doors, everything to reflect that. My AC didnt work...so a tech was dispatched to fix it. I feel if the hotel is rennovated it will be an ideal place for tourist wanting to experience the local town.

The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. And it had heated floor. The only downside is that the doors were slamming, when being closed. You can't teach humans to prevent that from happening but you can certainly put something in place so that the doors do not slam so loudly

Checking into your room, the room should be ready. I shouldn’t have to ask maintenance to clean the sink and shower trap because the water won’t go down. The beds are old and haven’t been flipped in like ever, felt like I was sleeping in zero gravity without a power base. Need new beds House keeping only tucks in your sheets, and does quick cleaning. It be nice to have clean linens on a daily basis instead of only once for the duration of my stay. The executive lounge is nice, great views of the city and they offer drinks, snacks and food at certain times. Room service doesn’t pickup at midnight and you have to go down to the lobby and ask staff to take your order. The dish room is just a big disappointment! Find a local great head chef and revamp the entire restaurant, you have parking, you have a huge dining area so much potential for a great restaurant! Breakfast every morning is redundant and there is an abundance of sous chefs but no head chef in sight. Nobody seems to know how to cook and egg over easy. The rest of the cooking is very oily and why is milk on every table? Bring milk out when requested and save some money. Bring out small spoons and place next to the yogurt stations, you can’t use regular size spoons. Turkish tea and coffee guests should be able to get there own and save other tasks for the waiters. Security entering the building since normal staff looks at the x-ray machine, do they know what to actually look for or is it just for show?

Loved the hotel, the staff were super great and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Keep in mind we were given the president suit. The breakfast was from heaven. Overall amazing experience!
