After check in time around 5 they text me that they had to relocate me and asured me it was the same. I first thought it was another room but then it showed out it was another hotel 4 km. Away from the hotel I booked. They promised a better room with jacuzzi. But the room was cheaper than what I paid and without jacuzzi. And they couldn’t do anything about it when I complaint. Worst experience

Don’t do it!

Where do I start? Simply do not waste your time or money on this property. I had hoped I found a gem, but I was sorely mistaken and our stay there hindered every aspect of our trip. Not to mention they lied to us about why we couldn’t get the room we paid for. The rooms are tiny, not European small, which is expected; they are a tiny space with no accommodations, noisy, and unkept. Previous guests had their belongings in the room, sheets were not clean, and I could go on, but I won’t. Skip this property in its entirety. If you still decide to stay, keep in mind the location is hard for vehicles to get to so if you schedule a tour with hotel pickup- good luck.

الفندق يقع في مكان جميل. تشعر أنك في وسط كل شيء. تقسيم وغالاتابورت على بعد خمس دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام. كانت غرفتنا دافئة ومريحة وواسعة. الإنترنت يعمل بدون مشاكل وموظفوه أشخاص نظيفون. اللوبي في الفندق له جو جميل. هذا فندق عائلي، الأشخاص المقيمون هنا مميزون مثل الفندق نفسه. كأنك داخل فيلم تاريخي. سأوجه عائلتي بالكامل إلى هذا الفندق الجميل، فندق هؤلاء الناس الرائعين

otel beklediğim gibi çıktı. kaliteli bir hizmeti var. aurası çok iyi otelin. butik bir otelden alınacak maksimum faydayı alabilirsiniz. türk hamamı ve jakuzi gerçekten başarılı. kısa konaklamada 5 yıldızlıdan alamayacağınız keyifi veriyor bu otel insana. yatakları sanırım çok yeni içinde kayboluyorsun. gittiğim en mükemmel otel değil ama fiyat faydadaki en iyi otel. çalışan insanlar güleryüzlü bir gram kibir ve yüz asıklığı yok. bol bol seratonin ile ayrılırsınız. tavsiye ediyorum ben.

Otelin odaları küçük, eski ama temizdi. Resepsiyondakiler güler yüzlü ve iyi bir iletişim halindeydi. Otel Cihangir, Galataport ve Karaköye çok yakındı.
