After shower major water leak drenched bathroom. Management made no effort to repair it. Breakfast poorest I've seen in my life. Bed and room were too small. Knowing room is bad they offered another room in one of their other hotels that was in the attic ! simply wasn't liveable. I had to go back because it was already paid for. I asked for my money back to find another hotel but they paid no notice. They made no effort to listen or rectify any of my complaints or other tenants'. They asked for more money to change room even after seeing bathroom full of water. TV was not working. Absolute disaster. Very bad experience. Pictures of bathroom leakage available upon request. Compensation requested .

Gitmeden önce sadece dinlenmek ise amaciniz guzel. Gurultuden uzak . Ama ilgi alaka 0. Gorevli nasil hizmet edecegini bilmiyor. Eli ayagina dolaniyor. Onun disinda otelde hiçbisiy yok. Oturup cay kave icilebilicek bi alan yok. Kavlati hele berbat ötesi bundan daha iyisini yaptim ben Daha düşük fiyatli bir otelde.

Hôtel pour petit budget

Rue de prostitution et de toxicomane. La rue a une odeur de pipi affreux des qu’il fait trop chaud. J’ai demander des mon arrivé à me changer de chambre, car grosse odeur de cigarette les chambres sont fumeur ! Et j’avais un frigo qui ne fonction pas. Malgré mes plusieurs demande à la réception, j’ai pas eu un changement de mini frigo. Aucun rangement dans ma chambre. Enfin bref le personnel agréable « surtout le jeune homme le plus jeune un peu rond » enfin je n’y retournerai plus.

Balkon ve kahvaltı

Trivagoda deluxe odaların balkonlu olduğu belirtmişdi, tuttuğumuz odanın resimlerinde de balkon manzaraları konmuştu. Lakin bizim deluxe odamız balkonlu değildi, iptal ettirmek istedik, lakin otel ve trivago yetkilileri bunu mümkün olmadığını söyledi. Bunun haricinde kahvaltısı çok zayıftı.

Mükemmel bir lokasyon, harika bir manzara. Ancak hepsi bu. Otel personeli ilgisiz. Daha doğrusu var mı yok mu belli değil. Otel odalarının acilen elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Bu kadar güzel bir yerde olan otelin, bu kadar kötü olmaya hakkı yok. Duş başlıkları kırık. Banyolar revize edilmeli. Sadece manzara diyorsanız tamam ama bence bu konuma ve otele yazık oluyor..

işletmenin konumu bizim gezi planımız için çok iyiydi,odada terlik yoktu ki oda zemin itibari ile çok gerekli.Küçük ama önemli bir ayrıntı.Kahvaltı konusunda biraz daha özenli bir servis biçimi sunulmalı.Personel gayet saygılı teşekkürler..Aynı bölgeye seyahatimde tekrar konaklamayı tercih ederim

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, die Lage ist super, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Da wir das Goldene Zimmer hatten, war ich mehr als zu Frieden, genau so, wie auf den Bildern. Das Telefon im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und die Wanne war etwas verstopft, daher habe ich nicht drin gebadet. Das Frühstück leider sehr bescheiden.

Otelden zevk almak istiyorsanız sadece suitlerde manzara var . Otel 2. Sınıf tarihi eser ve 1. Sınıf restore edilmiş , aldığı parayı hak ediyor , tek negatif yorumum kahvaltının elle tutulur yanı yok.

Oda çok çok küçük. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Tam buğday ekmeği bile yok sadece beyaz ekmek vardı.Kahvaltı servisimiz yoktur deyip ona göre fiyat verseler daha anlamlı olur. Otelin bulunduğu yerde gayet güzel kafe ve restaurantlar mevcut. Otelin otoparkı yok. Çay kahve makinası yok resimlerde çay kahve makinası varmış gibi görünmesine rağmen.

Das Hotel hatte einen Osmanischen Stil, welches einzigartig war. Jedoch die Unterkunft befindet sich in ein Mehrzwecksgebäude. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde lang laufen, um das Hotel zu finden. Kein Schild befand sich unten am Eingang. Wir kamen ins Zimmer hinein, und sahen Haare auf unserem Bett. Die Bettdecke war extrem dreckig! Nach einer harten Beschwerde wurde unsere Bettwäsche ausgetauscht! Danach entdeckten wir das schmutzige Badezimmer. Wurde danach ebenfalls wieder sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr mager. Das Personal war genervt und alles andere als motiviert. Die Wände zwischen den Zimmern war sehr dünn, somit konnte man die Nachbarzimmer sehr gut hören.

Gayet güzeldi. Oda şahane, banyo şahane. Sadece kahvaltıdan pek memnun kalmadık, onda da Arap Misafirlerin etkisi vardı. Açık büfede her şeye elleriyle giriştiler ve uyaran olmadı bizim haricimizde.

location is perfect, but bed sheets are not changed, and basin and shower drain is clogged and they dont fix, AC and Heater is OFF, they control your room not you, manager is so bad, does not try to resolve any problem or refund,
