I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — just a short walk from a large shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The reception lady, Su, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by and was always ready to help with any questions I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and local recommendations really added a personal touch to my stay.

Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again.

Great place, but too much outside noise

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.

Top Hotel, Zimmer sind super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Personal sehr freundlich und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, super nett und immer mit einem Lächeln! Das Hotel liegt gleich beim Einkaufszentrum Forum Istanbul mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einer Metro Station. Mann kann bequem ins Zentrum mit der Metro fahren. Kommen gerne wieder! Kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
