It didnt start off great, due to issues with the mansion's facilities, but they moved us to another hotel, Meroddi Bagtaltiyan. It was great stay staff are extremely helpfull & plesant.

I was very impressed with the quality of service at this hotel. Badir, Ahmet and Mussab were great and I enjoyed staying there before of them. The only negative was that I was on the 4th floor but I got used to the travel up and down the stairs haha

Wonderful

Our stay was really good ! The staff was wonderful and they were so good in communication ( the staff was the best part there ) ! I need to thank Mehmet as he was so wonderful and so friendly to us ! Definitely coming again one day and I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have all places near by car or walk and to have a friendly environment

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were extremly friendly and helpful, especially Ibrahim, who was a real help and spoke great English. Quite a few flights of stairs to get to the room but was only an issue with bags. Good breakfast and Ibrahim remembered it was our wedding aniversary and put a cake in the room, a really nice extra touch.

The room is clean and the bathroom except shower room is very small. Water pressure is very good. Comfortable bed, clean towels and beddings, very good breakfast, very nice staff especially Kaan. Carpet on the stairs needs cleaning or be replaced. It is very inconvenient for me to go out and back to the hotel because of the hilly road.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Meroddi Galata hotel, we had to move to another building which was not a pleasant experience, but the manager and the staff made up for the mishap. The hotel itself is clean, and modern, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff. One employee in particular, Musab, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From checking in to checking out, Musab, was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Musab truly stood out. I highly recommend Meroddi Galata to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. Thank you to Musab and the entire staff for making our stay unforgettable!

Good but not for families

The comfort double room doesn't sleep 3 as advertised. The room was very tiny and the staircase in front of reception extremely narrow, making it very uncomfortable to stay there with a small child. Also it was very loud at night and there was no window in the room. Other than that the staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice and the location was central and still nicely quiet.

We arrived late, around 22.00, after five minutes searching in the laptop they said our room was not available, but that they have nine hotels close to this one and we will get an upgrade, a better room. After running around from place to place with our luggage, at least they carried my wife's luggage, and after having the second and third guy to "help" us, we finally got to a place where we could stay. That room was absolutely no upgrade but more like a downgrade (nothing like the pictures), and for breakfast we had to change location. Absolutely unacceptable. We didn't say anything at that point, we were tired and said to ourselves that we discover Istanbul, so we wouldn't stay that long in the room. At least the people we were facing were friendly and tried to "help" in this unacceptable situation. Breakfast had a good choice but lack in quality. Room service (changing towels etc.) was good.
