MOM Hotel Istanbul was a great choice for our visit. The location made it easy to get around the city, with public transportation and shops nearby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a few nights’ stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Check-in was quick, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. If you’re looking for a good value hotel in Istanbul with attentive service and a convenient location, MOM Hotel is a solid option.

Konum olarak mükemmel, manzara çok iyi, eski bir köşk olması zamanın ruhunu hissetmenizi sağlıyor. Personel çok kibar ve güleryüzlü. Gelişmesi gereken nokta odaların temizliği, yerler kirli, yerdeki kilim hiç yıkanmamış gibi. Mobilyalar ve tv eski, bunlara biraz daha dikkat edilmeli. Arkadas tatilimiz cok keyifliydi. Otelin konumu cok iyiydi. Iskelenin hemen yanında, restoranlara cok yakın. Mado da verilen kahvaltı yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Otel personeli guler yuzlu bir sekilde bizi karsıladı. Odamız genis ve ferahtı. Banyo malzemeleri yeterliydi. 2 gece kalacagımız icin mi bilemiyorum, gunluk temizlik yoktu. Onun disinda her seyden cok memnun kaldık. Tekrar tercih edecegiz.

Yapılmış olan yorumlara bakarak biraz tedirgin gittim ama kesinlikle yanıltıcı olduklarını söyleyebilirim. Temizlik olarak bence çok iyi Gayet te güler yüzlü çalışanları var Bu kadar eski bir yapı olmasına rağmen çok güzel korunmuş kendinizi iyi hissedeceğiniz tatlı bir yer. Herşey için teşekkürler

Kız arkadaşımla tek gece kaldım temizlik çok güzeldi yataklar rahattı otelin içi ferahtı manzara harikaydı çalışanlar ilgiliydi fakat binanın ahşap olmasından sanırım üst katta ne yaşandıysa hepsini duyduk çok rahatsız olduk buna otelin acilen bir çözüm bulması gerekiyor. Ama bunun dışında olan her şey için teşekkürler.

Güzel konum kötü hizmet

Oda da çay kattle vs olmasını geçin su dahi yoktu. Hiçbir noktası temiz değildi havlularda siyah siyah iplikler, lavabonun her yerinde kıl tüy saç vardı bildiğiniz her noktayı kendimiz temizledik. Konumu ve binası çok güzel olan bu otel hizmet anlamında çok kötüydü ne yazıkki. Camda belki birkaç haftalık kuş pislikleri vardı silmeye çalıştım çıkmadı.

ükemmel bir lokasyon. Dİrek vapur iskelesinin önünde. Tarihi dokusu hoş bir otel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı Madoda yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Manzarası da çok güzeldi. Memnun kaldık. Sadece eskiliğinden kaynaklı banyo fayans aralarında kararmalar hoş değil. Eskilikten kaynaklı bazı sorunlar var ama genel olarak güzel bir tercih oldu.

İlk girdiğimiz odanın banyo lavobosunda ve küvet kenarlarında uzun saç telleri vardı. Çok yorgun olduğumuz için göz ardı edip dinlenmek istedik fakat yatakta da çıkınca oda değişikliği istedik. İsteğimiz için telefon ettiğimizde "Bu durumu yeni mi anladınız?" gibi çirkin bir cevapla karşılaştık. Sonrasında odamız değişti ancak ikinci geçtiğimiz oda da hijyen koşulları iyi değildi. Nevresim ve havlular temiz gelmedi. Daha önce aynı otelde kalmış olmamıza rağmen son ziyaretim berbat ötesiydi.
