Our room was amazing, overlooking the bay with all the ships passing by. The bufffet was very good and they had a bar cat, of all the cats in Turkey, this one was the cleanest and friendliest!! We we 30 minutes from the cruise dock and the bellman help with tons of luggage and a nice taxi. I wish we would have been able to stay another day. Highly recommend this hotel. The lobby is beautiful!

The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. I had read some reviews on the rooms not being very nice so I paid for a superior room, hoping to avoid that. That was not to be the case. There was a lamp that was missing off of the desk hutch, many stains on the carpet and the bathroom definitely needs updating.

Breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay! Loved the variety and fresh food available. Really made the entire trip easier with a big, filling breakfast to get us through our day. View of the Marmara was beautiful. A little on the outskirts from the old town but overall we had a great stay.

Location is good, nice area around, good commuting. On negative side: - Water flow was limited, washroom was detached from shower that was rather strange. - Smoking fume was coming into the room intensively, while smoking floors were quite far, only room change helped.
