Overall experience was great, staff was friendly and hospitable. Property location is very convenient from main attractions. I would highly recommend this property. I didn’t have choice to give 4.8-4.9 ratings, but it’s definitely deserves that rating.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was attentive and polite. I had the deluxe Turkish bath at the on site hammam and it was amazing. The massage therapist treated me like a queen. Both nights I had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The breakfast buffet had what seemed like an unlimited selection of breads, cheeses, fruits. There was also hot foods that were different both days. I will definitely return the next time I visit Istanbul.

Accommodating but nothing extravagant. Clean rooms interesting hotel. They are doing construction out front little inconvenient eye sore… breakfast is 25 Euros per person per day just book it on Expedia. Good job cleaning the room between days.

Great hotel, really friendly staff. Excellent location, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately during our stay there there was no female spar specialists for facials and massages. Also there we had issues with the air-conditioning in one of the rooms, whilst resolved when first mentioned it stopped working again in total 3 nights during our stay there.
