Best location if it’s your first time in Istanbul. Everything is walking distance, restaurants , cafe, bar, shops. Very busy though and the prices is so much higher than the other side. Safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a Great stay!! Had an awesome breakfast buffet in the basementeach morning for a perfect start to the day. Selma, Eta and Atakan were all pristinely helpful staff and very friendly! Recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the warm hospitality. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of delicious options. I truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the entire team. They made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience so pleasant!

This hôtel is a Gem!!! Loved everything about ! Brand new hotel located in Pera, very central with a lot of amazing food and drinks options ! Classy and the rooms are so big with a great view at the 5th floor. The bed is very comfortable and huge, the breakfast is awesome with various options renewed everyday and the staff is the loveliest ! Special mention to Selma, Eda and Metin, they will help you with anything you need ! Definitely coming back I found my go to hotel In Istanbul !!

Great location with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and very convenient access to the metro and bus stops. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The main downsides were the stairs at the hotel entrance with no ramp or elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult, and the rooms were a bit small. The king-size bed was also not very comfortable for two people. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and loved the location!

My stay at the 3-star Pera Star Hotel in Istanbul was a wonderful experience, largely thanks to its staff and prime location. The hotel was clean with modern, comfortable rooms, and the daily buffet breakfast was both varied and delicious. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its warm and welcoming team. A very special thank you goes to Selma, the real hostess who, along with her colleagues, goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home with her kindness and engaging personality. Combined with its central position near Istiklal Street and Galata Tower, the Pera Star Hotel offers outstanding value and a genuinely memorable stay.

The Hotel was great the staff were very helpful and nice. The room was cleaned everyday. But be advised this is a very busy and noise part of the city with Friday and Saturday night partying till the early am. Other wise very nice and safe area.

Overall, our stay was good, and the location was great for what we were looking for. However, there were a few things that could have made our experience better. Our first impression of the hotel was a bit discouraging. We had arranged airport transportation through the hotel, but upon arrival, we realized we had never received any instructions on where to meet our driver. We contacted the hotel hoping for some guidance but unfortunately didn’t receive much assistance. We eventually made our way to the hotel using public transportation, only to be asked to pay for the airport shuttle we never used. Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved, but it wasn’t the best way to start our stay. The breakfast was fairly average, nothing particularly special, but it served its purpose. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. One thing I would strongly emphasize is the noise level. If you’re sensitive to noise or prefer a peaceful night’s sleep, I would reconsider staying here. The surrounding bars are extremely loud, even on a typical Thursday night, and the noise only gets worse over the weekend. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone who enjoys nightlife and wants to be in the middle of the action. However, if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing stay, this probably isn’t the best option.

My sister and I enjoyed our 1 week stay at the Pera Star Hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety every morning. The location is convenient, in a lively neighborhood close to public transportation. It’s a lovely, modern hotel, and the staff are very nice and helpful, especially Metin. He was very friendly, genuine, and professional. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

I enjoyed staying in the Pera Star Hotel! Eda, Metin and Selma were really helpful kind and made my stay more joyful and feel like making new good friends here in Istanbul. I'll definitely come back to this hotel again and I'll highly recommend it... they speak Turkish, English very well also!!!

Our group stayed in 508/509 for 4 nights in this hotel, the staff, especially Selma and Ada were very helpful, Selma gave us the suggestions as to how to go about the city, and where to shop ect. Ada has attended our every need. The hotel location is just off the Istiklal Street, which is the shopping hub of the city, close to metro stations and walking distance to Galata. Hotel is clean and well maintained, breakfast is ok but could add some variety of hot dishes I think. Great place to stay & I would recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Istanbul.

The room was very nice quiet clean. The staff very nice and friendly. They always ready to help. Specially Eda whom we have interacted a lot with. She is very nice and helpful. She offered a lot of advice. The others also. Unfortunately regarding the breakfast is not to our expectation. Need to improve in terms of quality and variety. I would not say the food was bad but need some amelioration. Overall it has been a very good experience at the hotel.
