This hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Taksim Square and right in front of where the HAVAIST bus from the airport stops. Public transportation options are available in the square. The room we had was very nice and quite large, the largest room we had during our entire three week trip. I was just here for an overnight but it was perfect for me and would stay here again.

Great location; pleasant stay

Fantastic location for access to the Taksim area and public transport links. Generally a nice hotel with good facilities and pleasant staff. Could do with a bit of updating/improving in certain areas, but all in all ok.

Brilliant Taksim Point

Excellent executive room. Very friendly staff. Great location as close to Taksim Square with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, but should have more European options. Superb room service for late dining. Would definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying in Point Hotel Taksim. I really enjoyed my time, the hotel is clean and close to Metro, shopping and lots of restaurants. Thanks to everyone and specially the Front office manager who upgraded our rooms. Highly recommend.

Honestly, what the procurement department did of accepting to change my dates while my booking was nonrefundable shows how great the staff hotel is especially Amran and Mirvat! If I go to Istanbul 100 times again, I will immediately think of this hotel

First day the water in the bathroom didn’t come out until night. Before checking in, it would have been better if you had let us know this in advance. But all the staffs are so kind. We appreciate the woman in the reception. The best place in the transportation for the airport (Havaist).

Good but…

The access of the lounge was a bit complicated as it was constantly closed, and we had to ask a team member to open it. The last day, the reception called on the phone at least four times (since 10:30 am) to remind that the check out is at 12:00 pm Also, the carpet in the room should be replaced especially for customers suffering from allergy (my case). Nevertheless, the food are good. The team of the restaurant (9th floor) are amazing !

This could be a much better hotel

The location is great, near Taksim, in a calm environment and right opposite the Havas bus stop which goes to the airport. Mind to choose the right room size as the smallest are small whereas executive and others are comfortable and large. They never replied to my 3 messages sent on the system asking for some more information. At the desk, the service was rather cold, very unusual for Istanbul. The rooms are good globally speaking, and the bed is fine. The lounge is a superb idea for the people who paid the access to it. The real disappointment is breakfast: poor quality products are served there and the choice is very limited for a 5 star hotel as they claim to be. Coffee is a simple Nescafe powder machine for example and not good quality vegetables. A serious improvment is required on that point.
