Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Everything worked but the outside light bulbs but there was plenty of ambient light. We had a room with an outdoor seating are and enjoyed the open air, sunshine and views. Great location. Good value.

Mustafa was incredibly helpful since before we even checked in and helped us with transportation to hotel and throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable. My 70 year old mother and I walked absolutely everywhere except for the tours where we were picked up and dropped off right at hotel. Lots of amazing restaurants and markets nearby. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay.

The room was amazing with a king bed and a small sofa for sitting and a lovely large desk. The staff was incredible even scheduling our airport taxi! The restaurant has excellent waiters and food, too. Location couldn't be better a 5-10min walk from Hagia Sophia! We recommend it!

This hotel is located in the best location for visiting the sites around Istanbul. Easy walking to must see sites and the metro transit system. The hotel staff and restaurant are fantastic. We noticed many people from outside the hotel using their restaurant. When we come back, we’ll be staying here.

I stayed here for here for three days in June/July. The location was great, close to great resturaunts and attractions and shopping. The roo. Was clean and functional. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant twice. Order the turkish dishes they were excellent. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean and staff was kind and friendly. We took only breakfast and didn't regret that. The buffet was little bit small but in context of breakfast it was fine, moreover it was pretty tasty. The additional pluses were balcony on fifth floor with pleasant view on the street and bathroom, especially hydro massage.

We arrived early at our hotel and the staff were very accommodating. We were hoping to just store our luggage for a few hours while we were sightseeing, but they were actually able to find us a comparable room to the one we had booked and let us check in almost 5 hours early. Buffet breakfast was amazing! Lots of selection.
