One of the best hotels I stayed in, clean rooms, big living room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, close to the metro, bus and shops, restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff very helpful and friendly. Will come back for sure.

Great location which is central to Taksim square and surrounding tourist areas. It's about 15 minutes to Galat Tower and 45 minutes walk to The Grand Bazaar. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean but is smaller than the pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Istanbul

An excellent hotel. The location is fantastic, in the heart of a busy centre, so many places to eat/drink/shop. Only 5 mins (or less) walk from Taksim Sqr. The apartment was fantastic, clean and had all the items requested for a family suite. The staff are the best thing about this hotel; nothing was too much of an ask, they were always friendly and helped us for all requests - wonderful people, I'd happily recommend and book again if visiting Istanbul!

I enjoyed how close this location was to everything. It made our experience so easy and convenient. Very walkable area. Everything you need is right there. Amazing staff and service. I’ve seen other reviews that say the club is so loud near the hotel but that wasn’t my experience at all.

We stayed here 5 nights, left to Cappadocia and returned back for 2 more nights. The service was exceptional. Our bags were escorted upstairs to the lobby and taken to our rooms. They kindly stored our luggage while we left for Cappadocia. We were upgraded to a suite on our return. When our private car to the airport arrived- they brought our luggage right to the car. The kindness of everyone was welcoming. The room was clean and cool upon arrival. We made use of the washer and dryer. Free bottled water was given daily. It is steps to Taksim square and Istiklal street and close to buses and taxis. Definitely the place if you want shopping, food, and places open late. We used a sound machine at night to sleep and quiet out the sound from the main street, which could be present past 2am most nights. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them. Despite the fact we were in a serviced apartment, the rooms were cleaned daily and water, tea and coffee replaced every day. Everything looked like it was just been refurbished with high standards. I’ve been to Istanbul before and pictures of hotels rarely look like reality. This was not only exactly as described but staff made it better.

Decent stay. Room size was good. Staff was helpful & respectful! In the city centre, walking distance from Taksim square! Only downside hotel doesn’t have room service but multiple restaurants and cafes are just down the street!
