The hotel was great and the location was good for what we were looking to do. The room was hot during our entire stay, although I tried to get adjust the temperature to make it cooler, it was pretty warm. Aside from that everything was good and we would stay here again.

We had multiple rooms since my family was also traveling with us. Everyone was very happy with my choice. From the front desk staff to cleaning staff to restaurants and bar area everyone was professional and helpful. The rooms were good size and airy. The most beautiful open lobby. Nice hotel, good location, comfortable rooms. All amenities you can expect at a five star hotel. Couple of things surprised us: the spa and swimming pool is open to non-guests for a day pass. That made the pool extremely busy. Another surprise was after the concierge recommended the roof top to find out it is closed for an event. All in all good choice for a stay.

Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Dolmabahçe Palace and the Bosphorus every morning was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding. Not only was there a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, but enjoying breakfast with such a spectacular view made the experience even more special. Every morning felt relaxing and luxurious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a truly wonderful experience. The Bosphorus view from our room was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Having stayed at several Rixos hotels, The Ritz-Carlton in Aruba, and many other luxury properties, I can confidently say that the service here was truly exceptional. Every team member—from housekeeping and the culinary staff to the reception team—was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The Executive Lounge on the 17th floor was outstanding. Both the breakfast and happy hour were excellent. Upgrading for Executive Lounge access and the Bosphorus view was definitely worth the money. We would especially like to thank Mr. Cengiz on the 17th floor for his wonderful hospitality, although everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was fantastic. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. If we return to Istanbul, this will absolutely be the hotel we choose again. Highly recommended!
