Nice hotel, good location, comfortable rooms. All amenities you can expect at a five star hotel. Couple of things surprised us: the spa and swimming pool is open to non-guests for a day pass. That made the pool extremely busy. Another surprise was after the concierge recommended the roof top to find out it is closed for an event. All in all good choice for a stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Dolmabahçe Palace and the Bosphorus every morning was truly unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding. Not only was there a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, but enjoying breakfast with such a spectacular view made the experience even more special. Every morning felt relaxing and luxurious. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with incredible views, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service. Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed at a hotel in Sultanamet for the first week of our trip in order to experience old town Istanbul but I wish we had stayed at the SwissOtel the full two weeks instead of just the second week. It has the best amenities including a full gym with classes and a spa for services such as massages, facials and other treatments that is larger than most stand alone spas. The food was excellent as was the staff. We will definitely be returning anytime we visit Istanbul. Do not make the mistake of choosing a different hotel.

The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too.
