The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything (train and Taksim square). Their were parts of the building that were a little older with spiral staircases to get to rooms, but the staff was very accommodating when we requested to move my parent to an easier accessible space

Wenn man absolut keine Ansprüche hat, keinen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Frühstück legt, gerne kaputte Möbel und ekelhaften Teppichboden hat ist das Hotel perfekt ! Wir mussten leider sehr kurzfristig ( 1 Tag vor Anreise ) unser Hotel umbuchen da wir 3 eco mit Frühstück gebucht hatten haben wir auch ein Eco (ekelhaft!! )bekommen haben dann mit Aufpreis ! 15 Euro pro Nacht und Zimmer standart Zimmer bekommen Eine Frechheit Einrichtung und Ausstattung gleich nur größer Fernseher im Zimmer der auch nach Aufforderung das er eingerichtet wird, nicht funktioniert hat Ja sind nicht zum fern sehen da aber nicht akzeptabel Wenn das housekeeping da war wurden die benutzten Handtücher mitgenommen und keine frischen da gelassen Trotz Schild das die nicht putzten sollen waren die trotzdem drin und haben dann nur das Bett gemacht ? Das Frühstück ist ist eine Schande ( laut Preis 15 Euro ???) für den Preis haben wir dann täglich frisches Frühstück draußen genossen Abgebildete Bilder auf der Seite sind bestimmt schon 100 Jahre alt Einzig die Lage war gut Also wenn das für mache ok ist dann gerne buchen

Hotellet var forfærdeligt, vi fik en forkert værelse i ankomsten. Efter vi klagede fik vi en større værelse med to enkelt senge, værelset var meget kold at vi måtte bruge to radiator til at varme værelset op som hjalp ikke meget. toiletterne var gamle, der var aldrig håndklæde til rådighed når man spurgte. vælg ikke dette sted!

The location of the hotel is more than amazing, the staff were really nice. It is not a 5 stars hotel but for the money paid and the great location all is good. The breakfast is not an open buffet but the area is so cool! Thanks to the lovely staff who made our stay less hectic as we were afraid from the reviews, especially Mr. Karim.

Good location directly next to taksim square, easy access to the Metro station and busses. Staff are friendly and ready to assist, but there is a shortage in towels a room of 2 persons only will get 1 towel, no tissues at the rooms or water, they don’t check while cleaning if toilet papers are needed unless we ask for. From my side I would not recommend it.

Need renovation and TLC

When arrived I was allocated to a double bed room that was the size just about te feet a double bed with an uneven floor board covered with carpet and had eventually tripped over hole in the floor I instantly complained and asked to be removed elsewhere in more suitable room with extra 100 Turkish lira to pay for each night Bed sheets were never changed, fresh towels changed couple times, place dirty needs cleaning over all isn’t worth 3 stars

Oda çok küçük

Bu fiyata diğer alternatif oteller ile kıyaslandığında oda inanılmaz küçük ve dardı. Cam yoktu. Sadece yangın merdivenine çıkan kapı vardı ve açıldığı zaman da sabit kalmıyor hemen kapanıyordu o yüzden odayı havalandırmakta çok güçlük çektik ve manzaramız da bu yüzden demir yığını bir merdivendi. Televizyon karıncalı ve nerdeyse hiç güzel kanal yoktu. Duş kısmının bir kapısı yoktu, sular hep dışarıya aktı bu yüzden. Ayrıca tavan nemden kabarmış ve boyası kalkmıştı. Odada su ikramı yoktu. Üstelik minibar bomboştu. Keyifsiz bir gün geçirdik. Bu kötü deneyimden sonra sabah kahvaltı hakkımızı kullanmadık bile. O yüzden bu konuda yorum yapamayacağız. Bir daha tercih etmeyiz oteli.
