Its an ideal location near restaurants, cafés and all the shopping. Staff was very helpful and always took time to listen. Cleaning staff was always available and the place was just really clean. Quaint and very homely. Will definitely advise one to stay there.

I liked the design of the hotel, my room was in black and white, and the bathroom was excellent with a good shower. The hotel is coveniently placed near the metro and Taksim Square. The staff I met were friendly guys and very helpful. I would have liked to have given it more stars, but the sound-proofing was poor and I slept badly as a result.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Taksim, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The room was cozy and had a nice balcony. Although it was a little noisy at times because of the central location, the convenience was definitely worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the city center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop has an absolutely amazing view. The staff was also very helpful and gave me great recommendations for places to visit nearby, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On the day of checkout, my flight wasn’t until later in the afternoon, and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage safely in the lobby. This gave me the freedom to go out, walk around, and explore a little more without feeling rushed. I truly loved my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would happily stay here again! ❤️

I arrived at the hotel expecting it to be much much larger than it was, it is quite a small hotel! It is slightly hidden away just off the lively area of Taksim Square. The entrance looks smart but the door is up a step so not the best if you have any mobility issues and neither are the winding steps up to each floor, however it does have a lift to most floors once in. The reception was very modern and has a nice cafe and bar and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was small but very nice, it was clean, with a fridge and Air conditioning and a very comfortable bed (I don’t think I’ve slept as well at a hotel in a long time!) The shower room was nice and offered decent pressure so was pleasing. The main stand out feature of the hotel is definitely the roof top terrace which does indeed give spectacular views across much of the city, but the lift doesn’t reach to this level so you have to go up some winding stairs (and even more for the highest view). It’s worth it if you can though. With its location you would expect noise but there was very little and although the hotel itself doesn’t offer dining it is so close to everything that it won’t be an issue, there is a coffee shop serving food less than a minute away. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect but was so happy with my room I was sad I hadn’t chosen to stay in Istanbul longer. I would definitely visit this hotel again as a first choice if I return in the future.
