Overall experience was okay. Here are some important things to consider: - location is nice, especially if you enjoy having drinks at night. It’s quite alive there. - you will have to walk a steep hill to reach the hotel if you don’t use uber/taxi; it can be tiring. - the hotel itself is fine, but our room had some problems: missing fridge, broken trashcan. Note that the standard room is quite small. - the staff was super helpful and friendly. - breakfast was really nice

This hotel is excellent and affordable with good service, a great location, and a very good breakfast. This is my second time staying here and having stayed in a number of Istanbul hotels, I can say that this is my favourite so far. Walking distance to several excellent neighbourhoods and multiple modes of public transport, surrounded by a number of hip bars, restaurants and cafes, the location can't be beat. Despite being in a happening neighbourhood, both times I've stayed here I found the noise level from the street was totally manageable on the weekends. Big fan, will stay here again.

Pros: staff friendly, helpful. Location is great walking distance to famous places. The only concern was that you have to walk uphill most of the time to get back to hotel. Cons: breakfast poor options, same every day. The room was not cleaned in 5 nights we stayed in. Bed sheets was not changed even single time, was extremely disappointed. The cleaner just moved the stuff around but no actual cleaning was done. Also, if you want quite location it’s not great option as the street is active and the music is loud until like 3am

The room was great thanks to Selcuk at the front desk, he was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease and support. Selcuk was approachable unlike the evening shift guy. Thank you Selcuk for your great support and approachable nature. I will visit if you are still working there.

The breakfast staff are lovely. The receptionists not so much. The room was extremely small and did not have any windows. The shower I could bearly get in as of the placement and shape of the doors. The location is central which was a postive but overall not for me.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel over the years. Excellent location, right in the heart of Cihangir. Helpful and courageous frontdesk/concierge. However the loud music and bass well passed midnight from downstairs club was super annoying. As I’ve mentioned before this is my fourth stay at this hotel, the condition of the rooms, linens and towels were unacceptable at this time! Crusty and old towels, linens with cigarette burns, dust bunnies hanging off the walls and nail clippings in the shower are not acceptable and unsanitary…

The hotel is a renovated hotel so the amenities looks clean and new. The location is great where you find lots of local restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is in a fair (10 minutes) walking distance to Taksim Square. The staff are polite and helpful. I booked the hotel for 3 nights but then I extended it for additional 3 nights. The reservation included breakfast which was great
