Location is great, right next to İstiklal street. A lot of useful shops around the hotel, metro very closeby. Few minutes walk to galata tower as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always there to support. Room was very big in size and clean, bathroom as well. Windows help block the street music a lot, not 100% but a lot, plus music shuts off at around 1 am. Lovely room, with towels, hairdryer, shampoos, a lot of lights, curtains block sunlight very well if needed. Sofa in the room was also big and very comfortable. Good wifi. Would repeat again next visit to Istanbul

Huge room with a perfect location

The location is amazing! Our room was literally huge which we were not expecting. It was clean and all the furniture was brand new! Sure we'll stay here on our next visit.

Location is amazing. But I have never seen a place noisy like this. The restaurant downstairs open the music to the maximum and it is impossible to sleep before 1am. Plus the noises on the corridors were horrible. The reception is not friendly at all. There was a drunk man at the reception for "welcoming".

I would have paid money not to stay here. The hotel is next to a night club that goes past midnight, the room smelled like cigarettes as well as sewage from a pipe in the bathroom. The wifi in my room was unusably slow as they didn’t have a router on my floor so I had to work in a coffee shop nearby. Pay a little more and stay literally anywhere else.

We had trouble finding the hotel and its reception. The first room we were given was in very poor condition, even though we were told it was clean and ready for check-in. After I complained, we were moved to another room, but it was very similar to the first. The bathroom lights didn’t work, leaving the room very dark, the TV didn’t work at all, the automatic door wouldn’t open properly, there were no pillowcases, and the furniture looked old and dusty. The staff members tried their best to help, but the cleaning standards in the building were very poor and ineffective.

Für den sehr günstigen Preis war ich wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und deutlich schöner als erwartet: bequemes Doppelbett, viele Fenster, Sofa, großer Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine Klimaanlage, die zuverlässig und angenehm gekühlt hat. Obwohl sie in Richtung Bett ausgerichtet war, war der Luftzug nicht störend. Auch die große Dusche mit Regendusche, konstant warmem Wasser und gutem Wasserdruck war sehr gut. Ein paar Schwächen gab es: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer und besonders am Badezimmerspiegel war zu dunkel. Der WC-Sitz war locker, die Kunststoffjalousie im Bad teilweise kaputt und der Boden hätte gründlicher gewischt werden können. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage, wurde dann aber zuverlässig gemacht – inklusive frischer Handtücher und zwei Wasserflaschen. Wichtig zu wissen: Abends war die Musik von unten bis etwa Mitternacht, teilweise bis 1 Uhr, wirklich sehr laut. Ohrstöpsel sind daher empfehlenswert. Die Lage direkt an der Metro ist hervorragend. Ich war schon oft in Istanbul und fand die Anbindung hier besonders praktisch. Ich habe fünf Nächte dort verbracht und würde wiederkommen. Trotz der genannten Punkte fünf Sterne, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis außergewöhnlich gut war.
