Older hotel with High ceiling, but it feels dated. Tea cups in the room are not even from the same set. Shampoo bottle is empty. Gym is quite big but with strong body odor that I cannot breathe. I would not come back for sure.

I liked the staff and service, however where the hotel is located is not near any tourist areas and it requires transportation for everything. I noticed the USA currency is strong in Turkey, however due to significant amount of inflation even a can of Soda was $5.00 on premises.

They need to do more!

The stay was ok however it deserve to be a 4 star instead of 5 star. It was clean and staff were friendly. good thing about it was the taxi station next door which made it easy for us to get a taxi. They need to add much more to their rooms to claim the 5 star hotel - They need a full set of soap, shampoo, etc + they need paper tissues, toothpaste, tooth brush (like basic stuff). They would bring it to us if we were to call and ask for it but a 5 star hotel shouldn't be hesitant to provide basic hygiene material.

Not a five star hotel!!!!

The Hotel looked good from the pictures but in reality it’s not. Definitely not a five star hotel. No robes, two sugars coffee and two tea only , no milk. Furniture was worn and needed new throughout. Shower awful. Bar prices were far too high, £37 yes pounds for a gin and tonic and a coke. Had to pay a service charge on each drink. Food in the restaurant very overpriced too. Dissatisfied to say the least!

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days. The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.

Not reliable, not clean and the worst experience

There are strands of hair in the fridge, it is also broken and it was full of water around it. There is no slippers at the room even we made our check-in 2 hours later then expected time. They offer me to clean up the fridge and said the hotel is fully booked and there is no other available room but I can see there are free rooms (even the same room type, no need for upgrade) on the internet. Then they offer a new one after my insist after half an hour later. Not reailable, not clean and the worst five stars experience I have ever had.

When I asked for a room they were charging me double the price which was on expedia until I said I'm reserving through expedia. Then they said that will take longer etc I said I will wait. I had no help with my luggage bringing them in the hotel until I went to reception and paid for rooms and then someone helped me. The view of room on expedia was different to the one given to me. The location had two malls we went to one mall and used taxi took a few minutes.
