While the room itself was a wee small, it was luxurious and the shower/bathroom was excellent. The Sultanahmet location was close to the Blue Mosque yet on a quiet street. Loved the breakfast buffet and all the staff were topnotch. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for shopping and close to the city. Room size too small to fit two people, no laundry service inside the hotel. Overall the price does not match the service comparing to the other hotels we visited before.

The staff was amongst the friendliest we’ve ever seen anywhere we’ve gone in the world. They were even gracious enough to offer a beautiful head scarf as a gift to the women in our party, knowing that we were going to be doing sightseeing and entering religious buildings. The property is well located if you want to be within walking distance of everything (Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica, Hagia Sofia, etc.), yet enjoy a good night’s sleep (no street noise). We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay at Ritus Hotel in Sultanahmet was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive across the entire property. A special thank you goes to Farhan, Efe and Samet at the front desk for making our arrival so seamless and welcoming, as well as Rana and Sem at the breakfast restaurant for providing such attentive and top-tier service each morning. What really sets Ritus apart are the thoughtful touchpoints throughout the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique welcome, checkout, and breakfast rituals (with caviar featured at breakfast) - such memorable, luxurious touches. These thoughtful details made our time in Istanbul feel genuinely special. Amenities were great! As a new addition to the Hilton Portfolio collection, Ritus is a fantastic property and an absolute must-stay. We cannot wait to return!

The room had all the facilities but was a little small for twin beds. The staff were interested and engaged and assisted with luggage storage and a coffee whilst we waited for the taxi. It could not be better for a short stay if you are going to visit the Topeka Palace, the mosques and the local restaurants.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This was quite literally the best hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were perfect; immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered the ideal sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were amazing; kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time possible. If you are coming to Istanbul, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. It turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. We will definitely be back!
