A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Um ótimo pé na areia.

Este hotel surpreendeu! Pé na areia, com atendimento na praia. Praia calma, mas ligeiramente funda, não recomendada para crianças. Café da manhã excelente, com um omelete muito bom incluso na conta.Tem uma piscina excelente, com bar molhado. Tem um restaurante que serve almoço e jantar, mas achei um pouco caro para o nível do hotel e localidade. No quarto, o banheiro é meio esquisito, com vaso separado, mas o chuveiro é muito bom com água quente e fria. A iluminação do quarto deixa a desejar. Poderia ter opção de mais luminosidade, em tempos de home office. Frigobar abastecido com água, refrigerantes, cervejas e até vinhos. A localização é boa, ficando uns 300 metros do centro da cidade, onde tem vários restaurantes e lojinhas de artesanato. O custo-benefício ficou um pouco prejudicado, pois na meu entendimento está 20% acima do preço que deveria cobrar.

Quando um bom hotel perde ponto por conta da recep

Eu reservei bangalô mas estão indisponíveis; fui p uma suite. Espaço ok, confortável. Não tinha internet e TV totalmente sem sinal. Recepção não atendeu WhatsApp e muita falto de preparo e treina em to p conversar c hóspede. Pedi late checkout ( consegui 2 horas) mas precisei ir até a recepção pq o canal de WhatsApp não funciona, não respondem. Quando questionei a demora no retorno, a recepcionista foi ir inicia e disse estava fazendo checkout. Acho q o q mais me deixou desconfortável foi o atendimento deles ou a falta de e a ironia na conversa presencial.

Ótima estadia. O único ponto de incômodo é que há uma área externa na areia afeta ao restaurante por meio da qual pessoas que não são hóspedes ficam transitando entre as mesas, o que pode gerar certo incômodo.
