"O quarto é razoável, porém a limpeza debaixo da cama deixa a desejar, estava cheia de poeira. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, estava mal organizado, faltava colher para mexer o café, talher para comer...as porções eram pequenas para servir todo mundo na mesa e tinhamos que esperar a reposição ao sentar na mesa. Apesar disso o atendimento foi bom, são bem atenciosos."

Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que é prometido não corresponde ao que realmente é entregue "

"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sotero. The room was very nice, and the bed was beyond comfortable and very big 😊. Breakfast was great, the views of the city were amazing, and it's location is prime between the center of Salvador and the beaches of Lauro De Freitas and some of the southern beaches of Coconut Coast. Proximity to Salvador Shopping also is a huge plus!"
