"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "

"This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. "This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met."
