The hotel was nicely located to all the shops and amenities, and was easy to move around the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast was delightful and served buffet style, in a relaxed environment, catering for all tastes. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, and will definitely be returning to stay here again in the future. "

The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. "All staff were very good and cheerful. The bed room was simple, very clean and shower was also good. Wi-fi in the bedroom was very fast. Breakfast had a good selection and the inclusive evening meal was simple but good albeit of a limited selection. I would happily use this hotel again without any worries."

"Ive stayed here a few times now due to its location just outside Umea and i have to say the staff here are some of the nicest people I've ever met they are absolutely amazing. The room was a good big room but sadly there was a lot of outside noise from the other guests, that being said thats not the hotel problem if other guests camt keep their children under control and follow the unwritten hotel code of conduct rules. "
