"The location by Trafalgar Square was great, close to everything that we wanted to see and less than 5 minutes walk to 2 London Tube stations to get anywhere else. Easy walk to Covent Garden, across the Thames, Picadilly or south to see the sites. The amenities including easy access to sundries, refillable water bottles and water dispenser were indispensable. There is a lounge on the ground floor with all day available tea or coffee, expresso service which we very much appreciated after a long day out. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel for price stayed in few times before, good location for West end musical that you can just walk to them. Staff was helpful when was struggling to check in on the ipads. Plenty of food and shops near by, again good price good location for trip to London"

"the location is excellent. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine instead of a pot. Breakfast was good. The rooms need a bit of uplifting, especially on the AC front...The hot water was rarely hot, just acceptable. Nevertheless the staff was lovely. Truly. Helpful and lovely. Th elocation was excellent too. I will stay there again."
