1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. "This hotel was great to stay in. The room was very spacious with tatami mats and two areas to sit down and relax/work on computer including a nice couch with a table and desk with a chair. The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, and the spa was amazing. I had a great stay here."

There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside).
