Konforlu ve Güzel bir Otel

Gayet konforlu ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Kahvaltıları oldukça güzeldi, klima sessiz ve iyi ısıtıyordu, çalışanlar da güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet ediyor. 2 gecelik konaklama tecrübemden çok memnunum.

Otel çok eski filtreleme yaparken 4 yıldız ile filtrleme yapmıştım ama kesinlikle hak etmiyor. Kahvaltı vasat, temizlik yatak yastık konforu idare eder. Fiyat uygun ve lokosyan güzel onun haricinde diğer dediklerim geçerli.

Première expérience à Izmir

Première expérience à Izmir, l'hôtel était plutôt bon dans l'ensemble, même si il y a quelques "ratés" notamment la fenêtre de la chambre, le minibar, une ampoule cassée etc. Mais le personnel à su nous aider et trouver des solutions. D'ailleurs le personnel était des jeunes et ça c'est plutôt bien ! Très gentils également et attentionnés (notamment pour mon anniversaire avec un gâteau) !

The stay was okay, but the base of bed was too big for mattress, the card slot on wall for power wasnt fixed properly and hanging out, bathroom shower door base looked dirty. Staff were lovely tho, I'd say that was the best part of the visit

Odada perde askısının demiri korkutucu bir şekilde korumasız olarak duruyordu. Ve yatak tam orada olduğu için kafa çarpma durumu vardı. Musluk kırık gibiydi ve tuvalet çoktemiz değildi. Odada çöp poşeti olması ve genişliği iyiydi. Odamız check in saatinden önce hazırdı bu da olumluydu.

This is not a 4 stars hotel: poor breakfast, they haven t cleaned our room, poor wifi connection, bathroom to be renovated.

Oda Kokusu bizi mahvetti

Iki gecelik rezervasyon yaptirmistik. Otel girişinde sigara icilmeyen oda talep ettigimiz halde elimizde yok dediler. Maalesef oda ve yastiklar korkunç kokuyordu. Ertesi gün temizlik gorevlisine soyledigimizde odayi havalandirmiştı. Kahvaltilari ve personelin bazilari cok güleryüzlüydü.

Konakladığımız odada çift kişilik yatak istedik dalga geçer gibi iki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler. Oda zaten eski malzemelerle dolu ağır bir koku var. Resepsiyondaki görevliyi sanki zorla çalıştırıyorlar gibi ilgisiz. Hele vale hizmeti tam bir facia aracımızı yarım saat sonra getirdiler. Bir sokağından bile geçmem.

Hier ist eine mögliche Hotelrezension: Das Badezimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Überall Schimmel, und die „Whirlpool“-Funktion hat das Wasser bei Aktivierung komplett verschmutzt – es roch unerträglich nach Gülle. Zudem hat das Licht im Badezimmer ständig geflackert, sodass man sich wie in Guantanamo gefühlt hat. Vorab hatte ich Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen, um mich über die Sauberkeit zu versichern, und es wurde mir ausdrücklich versprochen, dass alles sauber sei. Leider entsprach das in keinster Weise der Realität. Außerdem hatte ich um eine kleine Unterstützung gebeten, um meine Frau zu ihrem Geburtstag zu überraschen – doch auch das wurde völlig vermasselt. Fazit: Absolut enttäuschend und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Ilk başta receptionda hiç bir açıklama yapmadan elime kart ve anahtar verildi, sorunca bilgi verildi (aynısı kahvaltı yeri saati, Wi-Fi şifresi) İlk verdikleri oda sigara kokusundan gecilmiyordu ayrıca kapıyı açmakta baya zorlandım. Verdikleri diğer oda için sadece kart verdiler. Kapı kitlemede sorun yapıyordu. Oda pek temiz değildi. Yerlerde tozlar var idi. Tuvalette ki klozet kapağı kirikti. Bunu hem receptiona hemde temizlik görevlisi bildirmeme rağmen değişiklik olmadı.Günü oda değiştirmekle geçirmek istemediğim için onda kaldım. Duvarlar ince olduğu için diğer odada konuşulanlar duyuluyordu. Genel olarak hoteli beğenmedim. Eski bir otel. Kahvaltı çeşit vardı ama masalar bir birine çok yakın. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.

Bitmeyen Kabus

İlk önce odanın genel temizliği iyi değildi. İzmir'de konakladığımız bu yaz gününde aşırı yağmur yağdığı ve elektrik kesintisi olduğu için asansörler çalışmıyordu. Dolayısıyla bu konuyla ilgili oteli kesinlikle sorumlu tutamıyorum. Jeneratör büyük ihtimalle yetersiz kalıyor. Buraya kadar sıkıntı yok diyelim. Fakat gece saat 11 civarında uyumama rağmen yan odadan gelen seslerle saat 12 gibi uyandım. Sesler kesilmedi ve sabah saat 4'de zorla uyuyabildim. Sesler sanki kendi odamın içinden geliyor gibiydi. Sabah kahvaltısında da kabus devam etti. Genel olarak yiyecek birşey bulamadım. Biten yiyeceklerden sadece domates ve salatalığı getirdiler. Bir daha İzmir'e gelirsem kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer.
