Breakfast location is amazing with great views of the bay. Room was generally clean but the shower area could do with a refresh. Overall a decent hotel for the location

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Location excellent. Short 1 min walk to the water side restaurants and 5 mins to the Grand Bazaar. Room OK - AC very good. Pillows were a complete disaster.

Great staff and amazing hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and it was really good. Would highly recommend the restaurant in the lobby they have some really good food and you can get 25% your bill each time for staying in the hotel. One of the better hotels in Izmir compared to what we seen and it is one street away from the water. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay!

View from the restaurant is gorgeous. The staff helps with the luggage. But the furniture and amenities are slightly worn off and tired.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room felt fresh and inviting, with a tidy, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. Breakfast was pleasant, but the selection felt somewhat limited. A wider variety of dishes and more choices would have made the morning meal more enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and especially appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness, comfortable surroundings, and helpful staff.

I’m genuinely surprised by how much this hotel has declined since my previous stay. The breakfast was particularly disappointing; the quality of the ingredients, taste, and overall selection were all far below what I remembered. The rooms are also quite outdated, with several broken items during my stay, so the planned renovation sounds like the right decision. One positive: despite being on a busy street, the rooms are remarkably quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.

Lovely affordable stay! The only thing would be that the shower wasn’t in the best condition and also the sink wasn’t draining properly. Other than that the staff and accommodation location was perfect!
