Checkin was seamless. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The floors and table top were also gross. We called and they sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom, yet when we returned, it was still not to simple standards (hair on counter, stuff towards the back wall of the shower, etc). The location is amazing, though…. No view, but quick walk to ferry, food, shopping, etc.

We stayed in the Family Suite. It was very spacious and well fitted out. Cleaning and towel change daily with water supplied daily too. Within 5 minutes walk to main street with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Within 10 minutes walk to seafront and ferry terminal. Although close to all amenities it is set in a quiet back street so noise is minimal. Staff were very freindly and helpful. If you are a smoker there is an allocated smoking area between the reception and the restaurant. We were room only but breakfast is available if you wish which looked very good. Would fully recommend a stay here and will definitely be returning.

Right in the heart of İzmir. We walked everywhere. It’s a fantastic location! The staff was attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The price offers great value. If the cleanliness were a bit more thorough, it would deserve 10 stars!

This was a great find. Not only was it a great value for the cost, but the staff went above and beyond, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. If you've never been to Izmir, it's now one of my most favorite cities of the world. Safe, clean, and the people are very friendly.

The staff was very helpfull. The kitchen staff and the front desk is very kind and solution oriented. The rooms are small if you are going to stay long but in our 45 days visit, we adapted and enjoyed very much. The kitchen equipments inside the room helps a lot. Everything was clean and proper. Hotel was non smoking, though I found ashes from cigarettes in the sink. The bathroom sink was flooding and unusable. The electricity was frequently out because of construction being done on the building. The cleaning people only came after much insisting with the front desk. The night time receptionist didn't speak English very well, and made it difficult to check out. The elevator worked inconsistently and sometimes required a multi flight walk up. Wifi Internet was unavailable for part of my stay. The location is great and the room had a kitchen. The main manager seemed very smart and seemed to be holding together a lot of moving parts. He was very helpful when he was available, and made the stay bearable.

The quality of this hotel is beyond what the reviews say! Ozan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! He got us a taxi and suggested places to go and how to get there. The location is phenomenal! It is walking distance to everything. It is a 2 minute walk to Migros (supermarket) , 2 minutes from cafe's and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beautiful pier. The room itself was very clean and spacious. I got the King bed Jr. Suite and it was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals in and the window seals are awesome for hanging out with coffee. You can spot so many cute kitties outside! Also on Sundays the farmers market sets up right in front of the hotel which is a wonderful experience. There's also an art museum that is a 4 minute walk that's worth experiencing. Overall best hotel I stayed at and I tried 4 different hotels on this trip. Best one in Izmir! I'd go back again!

This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was round. The receptionist was the worst of all. The highlight was when he called me at eleven thirty at night to tell me to go down to the reception to pay him. I can't describe to you in a few words what the man was telling me and in general how many tragedies I saw in this hotel. The room was quite dirty, forgotten hairs and soaps from the previous tenants and of course the room was never cleaned on the second day. And the breakfast was very very very poor, however the person who was there was very kind, he may have been the only one in the hotel.

Decent budget hotel. We were in an economy room which was very small (not enough room to put 2 suitcases). Also the shower in our room leaked all over the floor of the main room. Location was good in that it was close to lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc. however it was difficult for taxis, tour buses, etc. to access. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Our room was on the top floor, which was not accessible by elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The rooms were clean, however the public washrooms in the lobby were not kept very clean.

A little disappointed, but not a bad hotel

Overall, the hotel was fine. No big complaints, just a few minor things that were a little inconvenient. Check in was 2pm, when I arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes. The shower and sink didn't drain that well. The bed had 1 sheet covering the mattress and 1 blanket on top, no second sheet to cover me. This must be a Turkish or İzmir thing because it was the same at my next hotel. However, the blanket was too short and didn't cover my feet. Room was very clean and staff was great though.

Good hotel, nice staff. Location is not for all.

Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Hotel location is very good in terms of proximity to the city centre, restaurants, seaside, etc. You can enjoy yourself in walking distance for most of the time. But it is also very noisy especially during nights and early morning until 2-3 am. Random people will shout, argue and talk loudly most of the night and sound isolation was not very good. On Sunday mornings there's a bazaar right in front of the hotel where sellers start preparing stalls, etc starting from 4-5 am. So most of the time we could not get good night sleep. Room cleanliness was ok, but could have been better. Some amenities were missing. Couldn't find pillow case even after we had asked for it. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.
