"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. "This is such a perfect place to stay. The apartments are spacious and well equipped & I had memory foam pillows which are perfect for a good night’s sleep. The pool area is lovely. Plenty of sunbeds but I also had sunbeds on my terrace. There’s a pool bar for drinks and snacks and plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out. The people are all lovely. I was lucky to keep my apartment till I left for the airport, which is a bonus. They can’t do enough for you, to help you enjoy your stay. I will definitely come back here"

"The staff here with one or two exceptions are all very kind and helpful. The exterior is a bit bit brutaliset in style. The lifts are speedy. The interior is welcoming at reception area. However there are areas of the hotel in need of some TLC. My room.was spacious witj a good size balcony. Comy bed. Good shower. But damage to the flooring. Kept clean by room service. Only one access point of entry in one of the 2 pools Food pretty good. Access to beach and local bars shops etc. T"

"Great from start to finish. AC in the room could have been cooler. Breakfast had a large selection. House beer acceptable but not great. All of the staff were very welcoming."

"We had a wonderful three day stay here! Our room was spotless and had beautiful tiling in the bathroom and on the balcony. The two pools are gorgeous, always plenty of sun loungers available (and they will get more out for you if you need). Enjoyed 7.50 cocktails at the pool bar! Breakfast was great, big selection of delicious pastries, hot items etc and a station cooking omelettes and pancakes. Dinner was also good, again there is a station cooking steaks, pork chops, fish etc to order and dinner has a different theme each night of the week. 10 min walk to the beach (would recommend Playa del Jablilo over Curachas as it's nicer for swimming) and lots of bars and restaurants nearby for drinks and lunch. Would 100% stay again."
